There are so many other places to get your car serviced than Stevens Creek Chevy. I don't often cast wild aspersions in my reviews but these guys operate like crooks! My tale of woe starts with a $300 quote to diagnose a burned out sensor which they quoted $2000 to repair of which the $300 would be applied as a credit. After getting home googled the problem and found a $15 sensor and purchased it from a Chevy dealer in another state. The sensor replacement requires a computer firmware update. When I took it in get updated they wanted another $300 and I asked them to apply the diagnostic quote's $300 to the cost. They changed the terms of their offer to apply the $300 to repairs THEY had completed (they never said this at the time of the diagnostic). In a capsule you see how they do not respect their customers. I will never use their service department nor purchase a car from them ever again.

I am definitely among customers who have worked with the service department the most. I came to them after my corvette's engine decided to permanently increase its displacement by yeeting a piston. I did not even buy my car from Stevens Creek, but they treated me so well throughout the repair process. I especially want to give a shout out to Jesika - she kept me up to date, answered my texts over the weekend, showed me the car undergoing surgery inside the shop, took plenty of pictures, and even saved me a souvenir of my original shattered piston. Jesika, if you see this review, thank you so much for everything and reducing my anxiety during the repair :D Not just her, but there are so many genuine enthusiasts at this dealer. Steve helped me with all the documentation, Billy (who has a super sweet built out camaro) was amazing with all his advice and help. Especially since Chevy's range of cars is so wide (From 150k corvettes all the way down to 20k econoboxes), it's pretty scary to bring cars at the top end of Chevy's line up into service. But I can say that Stevens Creek knows what they are doing given my pretty extensive repair here, and you can trust them with bringing in your corvettes.

Lucy, such an Angel! I couldn’t have asked for a better service from her. But the sales manager on the other hand. No. Greedy pos. We came to look numbers. Because we’re interested. Or were. And we wanted to make sure what our payments would be. We ended up taking our business elsewhere. But moral of the story. Got basically shamed for not wanting to buy that day. Thank god we didn’t. Anyways I love my Chevy Trax thanks Sunnyvale!

I talked to a representative more than a week in advance for decals and a dash cam installation. They told me they would do that but you need to purchase the parts. I purchased the parts from website with installation there. It was Friday I was there and the service advisor told me for decals they need to work with body shop. They told me it would be ready by Tuesdays or Wednesday. On the same day (Friday) they told me they’ve finished the dash cam installation and service and they’re waiting for response from body shop. I called them multiple times and no body answered me. Advisor gave me their direct office number. On Tuesday they told me they would not install it. Why should my car be the for 4 days including weekend for nothing to be perform?

Recall service done at this location at no cost. Water pump was damaged as a result of the service (issue with turbo factory recall) and the tech failed to properly tighten the oil return lines to the turbo. Because of this oil leak onto the engine causing smoke/burning smell. The tech is either incredibly incompetent or they did this on purpose in the hopes of getting more business. When we spoke to the dealership about the damage to the water pump they denied responsibility. It’s more probable than not that they are doing this to people to increase service revenue. Shameful.

Probably the most difficult service advisors to work with, they'll tell you they'll call you back and never do, leave you on hold and just forget about you until a different advisor pick up and start from scratch, or just be impossible to reach. Less important items from the service orders get obviously skipped and ignored. Wouldn't recommend for anything other than recalls.

I’ve been going to this dealership for a while now and will continue to do so because of the customer service. Jesika (my service department representative) is always quick to respond to my requests/scheduling to get me in. I’ve never had an issue she didn’t help resolve and for that I am very grateful.
