Had me wait 2 hours to tell me they have done nothing to my vehicle because they were waiting for a filter, after I had told them at the initial contact that if they did not have it, I could not wait for it. The guy said they just had a meeting about this stuff the day before, obviously the meeting was a lie and just trying to cover up his lack of frontier ford organization. I took the day off to take my car in and had booked the appointment a week in advance. I showed up at 7am as the appointment was for that time. Keep in mind I live 30 min away. Very disappointed in the way they handled the situation. Customer service is very low quality. I called customer service to let them know what just occurred and the guy said he would call me back after I explained it to him. Still waiting on the call back. This was over two weeks ago now. I will not be going back here to service my car eventhough this was suppose to be my first free oil change after I purchased my vehicle here.

Your service writers Jesus and Frank are the best. They keep me well informed and if there are any new issues found inform me immediately when doing service or repairs. I used to do my own service, but now as I'm getting older it has gotten harder and I trust them completely for all my service or repair needs.

Ivan the sales rep was fantastic. Courteous and helpful. Paperwork went smoothly. Their "detail" to clean the car inside and out was something to be desired. It looked like they ran the car through an automated car wash And didn't bother to dry it. When they cleaned the inside, they left streaks on the dash, instrument cluster, and radio. And upon driving the car home, I noticed a noise coming from the front right side. I hade to take it back to the dealership and upon further inspection, they found something in the suspension that needs replaced, and I have to take it back to get it fixed once the parts arrive. So their initial inspection of the vehicle was not stellar. Sales staff was great, but inspection and service department was not.

They lost my car after it was towed to them. Didn’t keep me updated. Mechanic I was working with no longer works there and nobody told me or followed up with me for weeks. My car was towed to them November 22, 2024 with a dead engine due to open recall on engine, was approved by Ford under special warranty. Today is February 3, 2025 and the car is still not fixed. I’ve had the worst experience with every Ford dealership and Ford Warranty company I’ve come in contact with. Unless maybe it’s a truck, or free, don’t buy Ford.

Brought my Mach-e GT for my final Zaktek treatment and my car was returned nicely. Miguel was my advisor and he was super friendly throughout the whole process. He even went above and beyond by helping to bring the vehicle back to buff out a dent scuff mark. Pleasant experience! Always enjoy the awesome coffee machine in the waiting area too.

Just took my 2025 Explorer for its first Oil Change at around 3000 miles. The appointment was made for me shortly after buying the vehicle last November. I was in and out relatively quickly. I look forward to enjoying the Explorer for many years to come thanks to Mae Marrufo (Sales Consultant) & Michael Marshall (Service Advisor)!

I wanted to bring up a recurring issue I’ve experienced every time my 2022 Explorer ST has been serviced at your dealership. Each time, the vehicle has been returned with noticeable dirt and handprints both inside and out. Unfortunately, it’s never been cleaned after service, which has been disappointing—especially since I take great care to keep my car in immaculate condition. I would really appreciate if more attention could be given to cleanliness during future visits.

The valet service that Ford offers was perfect. Leo the service advisor communicated so efficiently and transparently. Ford’s valet service for maintenance was easy and convenient. They picked up my vehicle on time, notified me when it arrived at the service department, and Leo called me everytime there was an update; he explained everything well and made sure Ford Rewards points were applied and all warranties were applied, without having ti be reminded or asked like at most dealerships. Once complete, my vehicle was delivered back before the end of the workday. I’ve never experienced this convenient and quality service at any other ford dealership. Oh, they also have a really good espresso machine in the lobby (from a previous visit) and it’s free.

Very unhappy with our experience, I would never recommend Frontier Ford. The sales person did do as he said kept promising to have our car ready it took two weeks to get our car. We were told it would be ready the next day. The only problem was the key. We were told sever times several it would be ready and we drove from Morgan Hill only to find out it was not ready. Finally they brought the car to us. There with 3 key only 2 worked one of the keys that worked was missing the top cap. We just keept getting the run-around. There is no reason for taking 2 weeks for a key and then 1mising parts. How would feel David Graham Tripp
