I have had wonderful experiences since first getting my car done last year. I received professional services , staff is helpful, I can count on this Pep boys location to offer me great customer service, friendly staff, affordable maintenance fees and a job well done!!

Is the second time that I have had a problem with this place and I feel like an idiot for going back. Just got 4 tires and 20 minutes after I left the TPMS light went off in my car. I called them up and they say oh yeah we need to reset the TPMS sensor. You think they'd be smart enough to reset that when the car is actually there, but I guess it's easier for them if I come back a second time. I am avoiding this location for sure.

I had ordered a set of tires during Black Friday and got a great deal. When I called to schedule the install, there was a mix-up with the tire sizing on the day of the appointment. The initial tire check team was not willing to resolve the issue and requested that I re-order the tires at the regular price. I asked to speak to Alfredo, the manager, and after discussing the situation with him, he honored the initial pricing and had my tires installed within a few hours. Alfredo really stepped up and provided excellent service. You will continue to get my business, as well as my family's. Thank you, Alfredo.

DO NOT COME HERE. I never wrote any negative review before and this is a first. Came here today for a flat tire. They said it was not repairable (reasons unknown) so I agreed with having the tire replaced instead. When I came to pick up my car the wheel was dirty and scratched up. We showed it to the manager and he said he reviewed the camera and it didn't happen in his shop. But when I asked if we can review the camera with him he refused. They were very dismissive with my concern and were practically putting the blame on me and gaslighting me. I just got this car a few weeks ago and I've been taking care of it and never scratched the wheel. I was very upset but in the end I could not do anything. And lo and behold, while driving back home this warning appeared! They did not even bother correcting the tire pressure. Alfredo the manager said we can have the repair estimated and he can probably give a compensation. We asked if we can have it in writing just so to have a proof so we can at least get compensated but he refused. Please please please do not come here.

Michale was very professional, and he gave me the best price. I shopped around and got a great deal, but he was able to beat my deal and offered me 50% off on the alignment service.. I scheduled an appointment the next day and everything was done with 2 hours. It was a great experience, and I will definitely recommend Pepboys to all of friends and family. Thank god for Mike!

I came in for an alignment and the service was fast, which I really appreciated. That said, there were a couple of things that made the experience a little frustrating. I was given two different prices, which was confusing, and when I received my paperwork, nothing was really explained to me. I asked for clarification, but it felt like the person helping me wasn’t too interested in taking the time to go over it. A little more effort in customer service would’ve made a big difference. Still, the work got done quickly, and I’m giving 4 stars because the core service itself was solid. Just hoping for a bit more clarity and care next time.

Came to get new tires and alignment on my Pathfinder. Not only did I get a good deal, but Tony and Alfredo were a huge help and provided great customer service, even as I picked up my car right before closing. Recommend this location!
