Jaguar Land Rover Service San Jose

2nd time taking my car here. A Sports. It’s being serviced. Called since 1.31pm with no answer until 2.15. Call was recorded. I spoke to Maria who transferred me to service …. Waited for too long until call dropped. I’d say take your car to Redwood City Range Rover. This is not the standard of service I expected from one of the largest Range Rover Dealers in the Area👎

Mediocre service department, does not shed the typical dealership lack of quality and delays. Not a compliment to the JLR brand even though in my view modern Jags are quite awesome! Find an independent is my recommendation

Excellent customer service! I was helped with what i originally came in for, which was an oil change. Also had an issue with a tire; i was notified with a photo that it had a nail in it and had to be replaced. My service advisor, Alex, was honest about letting me know that it would take a bit for them to receive the tire, instead of making fake promises which i really appreciate. I didnt mind at all as long as my car was taken care of is all that mattered to me. And when i recieved my car it was nice and clean! Definitely will be coming back.
