I've relied on this shop for years. I again had service that cost over $1000. I was very upset to see damage on the passenger side door. When I brought it to the tech's attention, he asked someone I'd never met to look at it. Immediately this Star Lincoln employee says "looks like this happened to your car in a grocery store parking lot." Despite him acknowledging the pre-service photos they took did not show this damage. For Star Lincoln to question my integrity after I've spent nearly $10,000 in service with this dealer over the past several years for this one vehicle is absurd. This guy didn't even have the common sense to view my customer profile before coming outside to call me a liar. I get my car detailed yearly and take care of it very well. I'm not going to drive it around with a dent on the passenger door. This has been a terrible experience. They already kept my car for over a week and now it has body damage. This damage was caused by them. We both know it was, and yet they are going to call me a liar. I'm no brand ambassador of theirs anymore. So. Disappointing. You guys need to make this fully right, and apologize.
