This is a terrible place to get a car or service for your vehicle they take an insane amount of time doing a bare oil change and tire rotation, don’t trust their oil change and tire care packages because they will not actually check your vehicle for problems and will just try to sell you their products instead , the service manager Mark and salesperson Rodent are both arrogant and money hungry person who should not even be employed in a place like this with the way they act and address people, finally this place is a mess you can tell it’s clearly understaffed as their lines are barely ever moving. Steer clear from this place if you value honesty, your time, and money.

OVERBOOKS SERVICE APPOINTMENTS Like many other reviewers, I experienced a shop that clearly overbooks appointments. After working with my wife to clear up access to her car for the day I made an appointment to have some warranty work done. When I arrived I was notified that they would have to keep my car overnight (actually over the weekend). This is not an option for us. So, in the end I wasted half a day and the car still needs the work done. So...why did I make an appointment folks??

Bad service. I come there to get my car check. Made me so bad. The guy said they gonna have it checked within some hours. I left my car for 1 day and at the end of the day they said they had not done that since they did have time and asked me to come back tmr. I also left my car for whole day tomorrow and they also said they were not able to do that because they dont have the machine. They alway keep promising with their clients for forever

I was a loyal customer of Tamaroff service department for years. I really trusted them and thought they were taking care of my Accord v6. For 3 year I complained of a rattling noise on a cold start. It happened after I hit something in a large puddle on a dark stormy night. I faithfully took it in and they kept saying you bent your heat shield. They would supposedly fix it, but by next oil change I would complain again, and again they would do something else to the heat shield. It would go away after the car warmed up.... I didn't worry about. This went for 3 years until the car wouldn't start one day. Problem: dead battery. Okay. Mechanic says oh and your timing belt needs replacing...amongst other things due around that time. He explain the different noises of the heat shield and the timing belt. Long story short the timing belt/tention rod was the problem all along. After lengthy discussion with another dealer and American Honda, Tamaroff was found to have not diagnosed the problem correctly for 3 years. American Honda gave money back on parts.Tamaroff was not only defensive and arrogant, but simply said it was time. THEY WERE WRONG AND WILL NOT COMPENSATE ME FOR THEIR ERROR! I take impeccable care of my car because I love it and Tamaroff was negligent in diagnosing the problem. DO TRUST THEM! GET ANOTHER OPINION. SO SAD!!!! A follow up to my previous complaint. My car is now having other major issues. It won't start! Again it is probably due to not fixing my timing belt. We will see the out come American Honda has for Tamaroff now. It's really sad the lack of responsibility they had in servicing my car.

Dishonest place Heat didn't work on the driver's side of my car. I self diagnosed that the heater core was clogged and asked for a heater core flush. I declined diagnosis as I was 99% sure it was the problem. I paid $400 only for this dealership to tell me there was no change in my problem and I should pay for their diagnosis. I didn't fault them and accepted that my self diagnosis was wrong, or so I thought. I went to another place the same week. They told me the heater core was clogged and that I need to flush it. I told them that's not possible; I just had it done at the dealership. They told me either the dealership did it wrong or didn't do it, it's clearly the problem. They flushed it in 30 minutes for $80 and it COMPLETELY SOLVED my problem. I went back to this dealership to ask for a refund on my $400 since another place fixed my problem using the exact same flush this dealership failed to do successfully, and of course was denied, saying I should've gotten the diagnosis. And that "maybe it had to be done twice to be effective". What a joke. Conclusion: I was correct with my self diagnosis and solution, they couldn't do it properly but gladly took my $400 I do not recommend bringing your cars here.
