Local dealership because I stay in Southfield. Was very disappointed when I pick up my car hood was open didn't know until alert indicating that. Another thing I notice was my bouncie tracking device was ruined. I sent pictures to my service guy Robert he was very apologetic. I think next time I will go to Matick chevrolet to have my cars service. Very bad experience with your service department. BTW Robert was great.

Took over an hour to get new wiper blades. Called at 7am to make sure they carried the ones for my car because GM doesn't allow them to be sold at retail shops. Was told they had them. (When they really didn't) Arrived just before 8, stood there for over 10 minutes while no one helped me. Most of the staff just sat at their desk. Finally Tim came, told me 10 minutes but took an hour. Car sat in the service area after wipers installed for another 15 minutes. Absolutely horrible. Saw there were rebates available on the wipers yet no one could tell me if mine qualified. First and last time there.

I needed an oil change and dropped my car off Friday evening. I was called at 7:45 Saturday morning to let me know my case was done. I also asked that my tire pressure be checked and to add air if needed which was also completed.

I love this place..I purchased my vehicle at this place I felt great getting a different type of oil change .. however I was left asking questions about the oil change..I don't know if they did a full oil change or not... check and refill All fluids ECT...greatful for the experience... ZACK
