Silver Star Auto Haus

I was traveling with my wife from Florida to Arizona through Albuquerque where we stayed two nights. Before arriving to Albuquerque my car requested 70k service. I called Mercedes dealership, but they couldn’t do it in the same week. Actually I was very lucky, because after short search I found Silver Star, the cleanest automotive shop I ever saw. Much cleaner that any Mercedes dealer shop servicing my car so far. There is a woman cleaning and polishing floor frequently. Amazing. Look at pictures, please. People are great and service is first class. I made appointment over the phone with Alyssa arrived next day and was serviced on time and for less than Mercedes dealership charges me in South Florida for the same service. They also washed my car. I wish there is such place in West Palm Beach area.

I have been using Silver Star since returning to Abq about 4 years ago. We have 4 Mercedes spanning a few decades. Chris, Paul and the crew have always been knowledgeable and quick with repairs. Customer service up front with Alyssa and Delilah is always courteous and professional. This shop is an asset to Abq

A few days ago I was driving my RV from Texas To New Mexico . As soon as I got into New Mexico It started to run Really bad I reached out to a friend of mine who used to live here And he recommended Silver Star Auto . I am so glad I took my Mercedes Sprinter RV there . They were able to get to it right away They gave me a great price quote and I came back early the next morning they spent 10 hours working on it replacing the turbo for me . The entire staff was kind and courteous Let mechanics were wonderful did a fantastic job On my RV and got me back on the road that evening . I highly recommend Taking your vehicle whether it's a Mercedes or not to this shop you will not be disappointed . Side note they are very covid-19 conscious And everyone wore a mask and there was someone constantly cleaning and wiping as well as Hand sanitizer everywhere.

My in-laws had his and her Mercedes for over 10+ years, My mother in law sold me her Mercedes that had been forgotten in garage after my father in law passed away in 2019. With the help Of Silver Star I got it road worthy, They went over every detail and showed me images and videos of everything they found that needed attention. They have been really nice through all of this and let me know updates all the time without even asking. Ive never had this kind of care from any shop, they made me feel great about going to see them. Highly recommend to anybody with a Mercedes.

If you're anything like me, you're a discerning owner of a vehicle you're proud of. You value the things you work hard for, and don't have a habit of entrusting just any repair facility with your car. From the moment I stepped into Silver Star Auto Haus, any reservation I had was put to rest. I was greeted immediately by Delilah and Alyssa, a pair of friendly, fantastic women who undoubtedly keep this place performing like a well-oiled machine. While I waited, I watched them greet several clients who seemed more like old friends than customers. You get the feeling you're cared about, and not just an invoice to be processed. Blaine was the technician responsible for caring for my Aston Martin, and he was genuinely impressive; knowledgeable, professional, and seemed perfectly okay with my vested interest in the work being done to my vehicle. I was told there is an "open-shop policy", so i was welcome to watch and converse as the repairs i needed were being performed. Blaine was so highly skilled that even my questions and conversation didn't distract him from the task at hand. The shop space is clean, organized, and holds an inviting atmosphere. The waiting room is comfortable and refreshments are available should you desire. I don't think I could've had a better experience than the one I had today. I left ecstatic that my issues were resolved, and the cost for the value is exceptional. I will absolutely be back again (and soon), and I'd be willing to bet when I walk back through the door, I'll be greeted like an old friend stopping by to say hello. What more could you want?
