I was looking at buying 15-20 parts from this "business". Terrible customer service. There is no way to ask questions without submitting an offer to them on ebay. They have turned off their messaging on ebay and have an auto response on Facebook. They also require you to pay for each offer the second it is accepted by making you put in payment info before they even accept the offer. This is something they can turn off but refuse to do. I also wanted to buy everything at once so that I didn't have to pay an absurd amount of shipping on each item they then told me in an offer submission (I made extremely low offers so they wouldn't accept it just so I could speak to someone in 250 characters or less) that they will adjust it after being paid for in the form of a refund (HUGE RED FLAG). Worst experience I have ever had trying to buy anything. Seems like the beginning of a scammer sending out broken parts. I have not and will not buy anything from them because of the sketchy business practices I have experienced with them. Lost out on thousands of dollars in business since I restore classic motorcycles and I would have potentially bought the next bike based off of what parts they had in stock.

found these guys on eBay and realized they were within a 20 minute drive. went up to personally inspect a front wheel I needed for my current bike. it was in rough shape and they were pretty proud of it. I decided to pass on their services as I could buy an entire basket case bike for what they tried to charge for a CT90 wheel with poor condition chrome. they are an online only warehouse style outfit with no retail storefront. personally sorry I wasted my time and theirs. my advice to potential buyers is shop around and be sure you absolutely NEED what you decide to order.

He sold me a non-working part through Ebay that was described as working. It can happen accidentally with used parts, no big deal, but even though it wasn't as advertised he wouldn't accept a return. Instead he argued without proof that my local motorcycle shop was negligent and broke the part. He had zero interest in helping a customer with a problem, so I needed to dispute the return through Ebay's buyer protection policy in order to get my money back. Quite a nuisance, not recommended.

I don’t know what these negative reviews are, I went to their shop today cause I live in Salem, I was treated with nothing but respect by James. He took the time out of his work to find the part I was looking for and a good price. I don’t usually leave reviews but when I see a local business with bad reviews and I get nothing but great service from them I have to let everyone know. Normally I’d just order online but my card is paused due to someone getting acesss to my Account. I’m glad I was able to go by the shop, they are very organized and all the parts I seen were clean. Thanks James and thanks sichley cycle parts. Now I can continue riding after work today!
