Company should be absolutely embarrassed by how they conduct business. After much headache trying to schedule (which should have been a warning ) since this installation would fall under a warranty claim not a traditional glass claim we were finally scheduled. Well first appointment was rescheduled, then 2nd cancelled as tech said they need two techs. 3rd appointment was cancelled again…due to loss of notes. Finally after a month issues were figured out and the window was finally fixed (after many calls on my end). Now they are harassing my husband and I saying they cant figure out how to bill to insurance …since it was a warranty claim. They actually told me I need to open an entirely new claim, but that wouldnt be a big deal in my policy “they think” since its “just another glass claim.” WHAT? How is this the consumers problem? No new claims are being opened, figure out your problems internally with the insurance company not the consumer ! Insanity!

Great windshield service for 2 vehicles but 2 months after the fact this company sent me to collections over a balance I've already paid. AND just as my fiance and I are trying to close on a house. Didn’t show up. , so rescheduled , so the day of rescheduled at 9am , they told they didn’t get the windshield in, and it might be delivered to a shed , so buyer beware
