I would like to recognize Dustin Moore as one of the most exceptional service advisors I have ever worked with for vehicle repairs and service. I have all of my vehicles serviced at Shelor Toyota. I recently had a tow hitch assembly installed on a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. Dustin worked with me several times to reschedule and finished the work so quickly it was a couple of days later before I was able to pick up the vehicle because of my work schedule. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Dustin exhibits exceptional customer service and I really enjoying having my vehicle serviced through Dustin!

Can't trust this place! Just found out that they never fixed our last recall and tightened our oil filter to the point it will now brake and have to be replaced to change our oil. There Technicians need to go back to school
