I experienced a "change oil" notice as well as a "check engine" light. I brought the car through the quick service lane to see what the problem was given that the oil had been recently changed. It was discovered that the oil change notice had not been reset at my December visit to Shelor. Additionally, the oil cap had not been screwed in properly at that same visit, causing the engine to run lean. Shelor took responsibility for both issues and corrected them at no cost. I appreciate the honesty and humility with which these needs were addressed, so I am satisfied that everything has been dealt with. I will be bringing both of my vehicles back to Shelor in a month or two for our next oil change and tire rotation. I also appreciate the shuttle service that dropped me at my house while the car was in service. The gentleman driving the shuttle was both friendly and professional.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience in buying a car as I did last Friday 11/23/18. After having a deer total my 2014 car, I knew it would be a little complicated in trying to get a new one. There was the insurance company, the bank and of course the payoff. Well Joshua along with his superiors made the transition go as smoothly as it could possibly go. They made me feel relaxed through the whole process. They knew what I wanted and knew what I was up against and made it happen with no pressure what so ever.Joshua did a tremendous job and was very professional as well as being outgoing to me. Chad was also very knowledgeable and made me aware of other things that I should be aware of. I commend these guys and this dealership. Again I will say, it was the best experience I have ever had when buying a car. Thank you to all of them. Excellent.Of course my first stop was to get a coffee milkshake from DQ :).
