Service Center - Germain Mazda of Columbus

My experience at Germain Mazda was great! I was promptly assisted with a warm greeting! The customer service professionals were courteous and accommodating. I was then assisted by Spencer who gave me a satisfactory quote. He then directed me to a very nice waiting area where my waiting time was brief. I was indeed satisfied with the service I received, thanks to Spencer who provided outstanding service! I was happily satisfied!

I love working with Amy, her customer service and knowledge of the products and services is top notch! One of the many reasons I buy my cars and have them serviced at Germain Mazda! My latest service visit is no different than my last, Amy goes above and beyond to make the visit fast and easy. David my sales guy, that’s how I will refer to him, because as long as he is with Germain Mazda I will ask for him when buying my next Mazda. Actually saw me in the lobby waiting on service for my CX-70 and said hi and asked how I liked my new ride, since buying it in June of this year. David worked with me a couple months, when I was waiting for the CX-70 to come in. I have purchased 4 Mazda’s from Germain and I plan to be a return customer for my next one, when ever that happens!

Amy and her service team were amazing to work with! They did an incredible job of helping me through a difficult and scary situation when I car unexpectedly had a check engine issue while traveling through the state. I was coming from NC to MI and they helped diagnose my problem and find a workable solution is a quick and caring way. I really appreciated the kindness they showed. I would highly recommend them!

The sales in the service team at Mazda Germain of Columbus are always tough notch. Mike and the sales department is incredible, Spencer always does great when I bring my car in for service, and they even went as far as to tell me I didn’t need something that I was going to pay for. I very much appreciate the honesty and efficiency here! Highly recommend!

All the people at Mazda are fantastic. They are helpful and always do great work. The problem I had was it took much longer than expected. I know getting parts can be a challenge. But mostly the cost, $3300 and it wasn’t even engine or transmission work.

Very satisfied with the level of service I received. I liked the video inspection of the vehicle and they didn’t try to push any extra services. There was a minor issue with the scheduling service but Germain service department was VERY accommodating. This was my first visit with my MX5 and I will be back.
