I highly recommend Bill and Richard at Rescue Auto Techs. Each member of the team are personable and honest. They really care about the customer because they believe in long-term relationships. I have found mechanics I can trust and depend on to give me straight talk on what really needs to be fixed, what can wait and what follow up is needed. Also, they cleaned the engine and wipers for no charge. Great people!

My friend recommended this shop to me and I'm very glad she did! Billy and Chris were both very personable and helpful in walking through the issues with my car and explaining what my options would be in addressing them. Billy was very patient in answering my questions and made sure I understood everything. It is easy to tell that he cares about running his business in an honest and trustworthy way. I heard about Rescue Auto Techs from an employee from an auto parts store when my dad's transmission was going out. He was able to get it to the shop and they were able to get my dad fixed up within a short time and for a very reasonable price. I have had my car repaired when part of my steering mechanism went out, and Billy answered right away and fixed it quick. I also went to get my brakes changed here and they were done within an hour, also with Billy catching that my sway bar was completely knocked out of its spot. He makes sure the job is done right and has convenient price and hours to work with. Great place, love it.

I started my internet search with, "Honest Car Repair," and I located one of the best automotive professionals I have ever met. He was very friendly, highly qualified and accurate in his diagnosis of our vehicle issues. The pricing was very fair.....for real! I will definately be a repeat customer.

I texted to see if they could help with an indicator light that came on and they quickly responded. They were able to get me in that same afternoon and Bill ran diagnostics. He also checked the engine oil when I mentioned I’d had a recent oil change. Turned out there was an extra 2-3 quarts of oil. Bill took care of it and I was quickly on my way. They were professional, knowledgeable, very helpful, and kept me informed along the way. I’m really grateful to have found a trustworthy, skilled mechanic. I highly recommend them!
