I was concerned about coming here, as many of the more recent reviews weren't favorable. But my car had a recall and this dealer was closest. I have to say it was a decent experience. Upon arrival I met with my advisor who took my info. I ahd been told it might take up to 2.5 hours to complete the work, but I was driving home 90 minutes after arriving. Car was clean. All in all, a fine experience.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I’ve received. I requested a headlight bulb replacement during my last service, and despite being told the part was ordered, no one has reached out to me since. I have followed up multiple times but received no response whatsoever. Frankly, I find this lack of communication and follow-through unacceptable, especially considering the premium service Holman Toyota provides. I’m still waiting for an update, but given this experience, I’m seriously reconsidering whether I would return for future services—or even consider purchasing a vehicle from Holman Toyota. I expected a prompt resolution to this issue.

I’ve been waiting for two and a half hours today to get my car maintenance done. They explained that they were having a BBQ, and I’m fine with that as long as the job gets done. But two and a half hours? I couldn’t wait any longer. I went to the front desk to ask about my car and saw my key just lying there on the desk, but NO one had come to call me! I was so frustrated.

Normally when I go here I always have a great experience. All the reps are very detailed and helpful. Today Keith R. Serviced me and didn’t really give me that similar experience. I normally have the bill explained and all the charges. I seemed to never pay this much to get an oil change and air filter replaced. On top of that my car was supposed to be washed with my oil change but sadly I got my car in the same condition. When I asked Keith about this I got no response. Todays visit really disappointed me and it has me questioning should I go else where for my next service appointment.
