Please avoid this shop. Other than the nice customer service team everything else has been subpar. The front bumper is sagging and is waiting on parts but has no ETA. The rear bumper, passenger side bed, front and rear passenger side lights, and other parts have been replaced (most aftermarket and not even OEM Toyota parts). The new paint DOES NOT match the original OEM paint from Toyota. The shop is saying the paint lays differently on the plastic like the rear bumper but it doesn’t match on metal parts either like the bed. The paint is much lighter and almost milky colored. The accident occurred and repairs started back in September 2024. It is now January 2025. This shop was recommended to me through insurance. Go with your gut! Extremely disappointed as this car is less than two years old. I was rear ended as no fault of my own but I am still paying the price. Please shop elsewhere. Thank you. Update 02/2025: The passenger side paint was fixed. It matches the rest of the car a little better. The front bumper is still sagging slightly, the wheel well liners in the front no longer match up, and the fasteners do not match the original ones (different sizes seem to have been used to compensate). The rear bumper on the driver side paint still does not match the driver side of the car paint. I also had to go back AGAIN after the paint correction because some of the new fasteners came undone and a new part was installed backwards. AVOID

Great customer service, just dropped off my car and everyone was really nice. They did a really great job and it was pretty fast. Can’t thank these people enough. Highly recommend!

Very disappointing experience! I would never take a car back to this shop and would advise avoiding at all cost. My daughter had a fender bender and my insurance suggested this body shop, it being local and always appearing to be busy I took it. It was not a good experience. The repair which consisted of a front bumper, hood repair, right headlight took over 5 weeks to get back. They called and said it was done about 3 1/2 weeks originally but, upon my scheduled pickup the work done on her Infiniti was horrible. It looked like it was done by a High School shop class. I refused to take it as it was terrible. Long story short it sat for over a week and finally made it back into the shop and was eventually repaired properly, or so I thought. It was visually much better but, getting it home the night we picked up. My daughter said it was making an odd noise upon looking at it the radiator over flow tank was void of mounting bolts and rubbing on the serpentine belt. After a more thorough inspection it was missing a dozen clips and screws under the hood in addition to both wheel well liners completely void of all mount hardware. They are both just literally hanging there. I spent an hour researching and ordering everything that was missing. The car has sat in my driveway since pickup and I will be spending the next few hours installing all the screws, bolts and pins that are missing. I will not take it back as I’m sure it will sit another week before it gets touched. Its a lesson learned and one I felt strongly enough about to leave this review. I hope it helps someone else avoid this place. They are either not qualified or don't care about quality. Stay away!!?

I cannot recommend this repair service due to a series of disappointing experiences. The quality of the paint job on my vehicle was poor, with noticeable porosity and imperfections on the door that was supposed to be fully replaced. Additionally, a shadow remained in the accident area, indicating substandard work. Customer service was equally unsatisfactory. Promised updates via text or call were never received, forcing me to seek information through my insurance adjuster. The staff was consistently rude and unhelpful. On one occasion, they were even confused about the specifics of my repair. The repair shop also failed to adhere to the agreed timelines. My SUV was left with a missing window, leading to water damage inside, evident from the wet upholstery and interior roof. In the end, I had to accept my vehicle in a less-than-satisfactory state, as the repair work did not meet the expected standards. Based on this experience, marked by poor craftsmanship, unprofessional customer service, and a lack of timely communication, I advise others to seek services elsewhere.

I can’t recommend Cherry Collision enough. They were extremely accommodating after our accident when most other body shops couldn’t care less about our repair after we called around, many were booked 60 days out or more. Cherry took us in, communicated throughout, and most importantly did some amazing work. They were professional and efficient. A rare find. We are very happy.
