Awful experience with them. After selling me a defective part, I returned it and they said they did their own test and it is not leaking. I KNOW 100% it was in fact leaking. We are now about to battle them full on to get our refund. Would recommend just ordering from someone who can get you a good part and actually stand behind their product.

We (Boro Collision) have been using Empire for at least a decade. WE find the service second to none, painless returns, always on top of everything. WE have had a couple of MAJOR warranty claims that were taken care of in full within days, thankfully. All the phone staff, managers, and drivers are respectful and polite. I dont really see where there is negative reviews, we have never had an issue.
