I had an unexpected trip to Lexus of Cherry Hill Services & Parts, so I anticipated that the wait time would be a little longer for me The staff was kind, friendly, and accommodating, and they were able to resolve the issue I appreciate that Michael was able to get a technician to resolve the issue I came to 4 stars instead of 5 because I thought it was pretty expensive – while I was charged for an hour of service, it couldn’t have taken more than about 30 minutes to 45 minutes or so them working on resolving the issue I came to them with

This rating is for my combined experience over the 2 dealings I had with the Lexus of Cherry Hill service center. I brought my car in 3/15 for a brake fluid & coolant service. Fred & the techs I dealt with were all immensely cordial, informative, and accommodating. My only car key was broken in service and they promptly replaced it. Overall I was absolutely satisfied and appreciative. Fast-forward, I had an appointment scheduled for an oil change this afternoon and to have a second key cut (to prevent my experience the first time from happening again at any point in the future). I received a call this morning & when I called back & identified myself, the person answering the phone, Shelly or Sherry I believe (my apologies for confusing the name) responded multiple times with a vaguely sarcastic sounding “Okaaaay….” (mind you I am returning THEIR call) Initially, I just assumed there was trouble finding the appointment or understanding why I was calling, and proceeded cordially. She told me it wasn’t possible for them to cut the key (she later said it was), unless it was an OEM blank (it is) and that I couldn’t program it myself (with my older car, untrue). I understand this request is not standard operating procedure but the manner in which I was told this information was dismissive, patronizing, and borderline combative. After a few minutes of stunned silence after ending the call, I called back and canceled the appointment. I understand that asking for an unprogrammed key may be an inadvisable or unusual request and I also believe that in business it is a customer and business’ prerogative to accept or deny service. My issue was not with the information I was told by the utter lack of basic courtesy it was communicated in. I’m not anti-dealer & I actually was looking forward to bringing my car in again after my first experience as I believe manufacturers’ service centers have valuable insight regarding maintenance. All of this said, I will not support a service center where the front of house is diminishing, rude and you are made to feel unwelcome. I’ve dealt with service centers ranging from shade-tree mechanics to other car dealers. This second experience was far and away the most diminishing customer service experience I have had in recent memory. I would expect much better from a so-called “luxury” brand.

I lease the rz.. on june 2024. I just got back from my trip... And I saw my account lexus. They put two rz. On my account.. I remember .. They said I have to Singh another paper.. I think this is fraud...... I pay for two rz.. I bought one rz... they are fraud.

I like Lexus or Cherry Hill. The service department has been lacking a lil the last year though. They used to clean the cars better. Overall they are pretty good could use a lil improvement.
