Very sad. Very upset. I have a Navigator and I love my car very much. She even has a name. This was my first service experience. When I bought it, I was told that quality and free service is included. But I had to pay for it. But the worst thing is that we asked to wash the car, and they just doused it with an automatic car wash and didn’t even make it dry. Large drops dried up making my car even dirtier. I felt that they just wanted to get rid of us faster. I had to wipe the whole car myself. It’s good that I didn’t wear a dress that day and didn’t go to a business meeting. At first glance, the staff is very pleasant, but I did not expect such an attitude. Now it is clear why there was free time for appointment. I definitely won't be back again.

Service manager Troy was rude and accommodating. Troy continued to speak over me without hearing the reason for just the service appointment. They tried to make it about camera recall but it wasn't a priority the oil change was the requested service. Had a confirm pickup for service however they called at the eleventh hour to alter time of pickup with no earlier or reasonable change. Now wanting to move service into next week. Would have been more honest to apologize and state that they were unable to honor requested service. Terrible experience!
