I have been taking my SUV for service for the last 3 years because I wasn’t receiving the service I felt I needed at another Ford dealer. I figured it’s time for me to give my review. Each time I received car service, I felt the service was efficient, the repairs needed were explained well and easy to understand, and when I had an issue with my car, they actually fixed the problem instead of just sending me on my way. During my most recent service, Art was the lead mechanic who was in communication with me about what I needed. When I mentioned that I believed I had a warranty on one of my parts he actually checked instead of just saying no. I would also like to say that I always appreciate the customer service that I receive from the desk agents. Finally, they made it very convenient for me to have my car serviced and I will definitely be back again.

Very disorganized - I would avoid this dealership and save the headache Dropped my car off with Kimberly on March 14th - It is now April 12th and they still haven’t done any work on the car and have not given me any updates since saying “they’ve submitted a warranty claim” It feels like they are dragging this on because I have the extended warranty on my car
