Great service! We ordered a blue ox tow plate from another place and were shorted a part. We need it to leave in 3 days and can't get one delivered in time. NO ONE had the piece or the base plates in NE Ohio. Sent Bob a photo of what we were looking for. A bit later he called back to let us know he had it. They have just about anything you need that is even remotely rv related and gave us fantastic customer service. It was worth the hour drive. 3 years later and were still using this part! We also still recommend them whenever we can.

We have been using them for the past 3yrs. Pricing is usually far better than other local shops, and they always seem to have the parts we need on hand for our mid-1980s RV. Customer service is great too. Always very friendly and helpful :)
