Not good!!Saybrook Napa didn't have the proper hydraulic fitting sent me to Madison Napa the man didn't have a clue how to identify the right item also took a very long time because the people that were there r so unhappy don't give a shit about the customer and kept complaining because they r short staffed and won't hire any one to help

They always have the most upbeat attitude here. The one employee, Steve his name was, went above and beyond to ensure that I received the parts I needed and in a very timely fashion. Excellent prices and astounding Customer Service. Great group of people.😊

Very very helpful. I don't remember the person's name who helped me. But he ended up being able to find the part I need after AutoZone completely screwed me over and kept ordering the wrong part. He found it gave me info to get ahold of the store it was at and I was able to get the car fixed.

Nelson is awesome and a huge help, the other gentleman that helped me was also very helpful but I didn't catch his name. Got the parts I needed very quickly. I'm very happy

Our battery died a few days ago. We came in and the employees were very helpful and friendly! The manager stayed past closing to help us charge our NAPA battery back up. Later that evening we learned we were able to drive up to Madison from DFW in Texas about 1200 miles on a NAPA legend battery with a broken alternator. The battery was that good! That is fairly impressive, along with their stellar service, this speaks volumes of the kind of business NAPA is all about! I highly recommend their batteries and parts, and the business overall!
