I was pleased with my efficient oil change on Friday prior to a trip. I knew that they had checked the pressure in my tires when they checked all other areas as they do a thorough inspection when they change my oil. Monday I noticed the tire pressure light on in my car. I drove through Valvoline to have the pressure checked. They found a nail in the tire and were able to fix it right then. I was relieved since I had another trip to take the following day. They have kind, knowledgeable technicians who treat me with dignity. I’m thankful they are here in Madison.

It was not quick took well over 1 hour. Could not find oil filter. Then they did not know how to install the new one. Kept trying to tell, ask them to listen to me. But they did not. The lady under hood was taking my engine cover off, why? Looking for oil filter. I was getting very up set. Not sure if they even used correct filter. They said yes. There should have been a discount!!!! I ask before even shutting off engine have they worked on 2024 carnival yes we have.... Guess they lied.. lol. Got it done but over 1 hour.

Just did my own oil change today been taking it here for the last 3 years. Only had 1 bolt and 4 push tabs holding the skid plate up. Originally it had 4 bolts and 8 push tabs. Young kids girls with long fake nails cant even turn a wrench. Avoid at all costs

Best service ever. Veri veri friendly Fast services. Checks everything in car. Is veri professional by far the cheapest one in the city I come from Mayfield Heights and me and my boyfriend drive here when we visit his family to come to this one as we know it’s the best deal the best service and the best workers. This is by far out the best I don’t know why I see such bad reviews. This is the best best oil change I’ve ever been to. An will always come here. Worth driving the hour away:D keep it up !:D
