This place is efficient. They are thorough and quick. The report they provide for your car is detailed. There is no way you leave not know what the problem is with your vehicle. The staff is pleasant and they make you feel comfortable. They are honest people. The owner is very knowledgeable about cars and he wants you to have a great experience. Your car is safe there.

Awful communication, and terrible customer service. I was left in the dark for several days on process, had to contact them about updates to the car. Would not negotiate with us on price even after being inconvenienced for a week because it would "hurt their business". Car had multiple things still wrong with it after we picked up. These were not even mentioned after a diagnostic was completed: AC doesnt work, a headlight is out, the hood doesnt latch, there is a converter warning light on still AND they broke the muffler pipe repairing my car. Do NOT use these people. Go elsewhere if you want good customer service and repair.

I brought my 2012 VW Routan to ST Foreign and Domestic Automotive when it started acting up. Needed coil packs replaced, and they got it done fast. My van runs great now, no issues. The owner was kind, didn’t overcharge, and made sure I was good. As a Black woman on a tight budget, I really appreciated the fair price and solid work. The shop’s legit, and I’d go back. Highly recommend if you need your car fixed right.

If i could give no stars i would. Totally ripped off my sister and tore her care apart with nonthing wrong with it and tried to charge her to put it back in. Evil
