Took Sadie, my 1997 Saturn SL1 in and good golly, these guys are incredible! All it took was a small extension. $50 and within 15 minutes, she was fixed and back on the road! If you need exhaust work, these are the guys! Best place in NE Ohio by far! I also needed no appointment and they are for sure open until 3pm on Saturdays! Places like this simply do not exist anymore!

Highly recommend for any exhaust work. Fast, honest, very competent & did nice job. Extremely fair pricing, didn't try to sell more than was needed. Won't hesitate to take any vehicle there in the future.

Took my wife's car into the dealership for a repair, which the dealership fixed, but while there said they found an exhaust leak and recommended I take it to Ritzman Muffler for repair. Ritzman immediately started working on her car as soon as I walked in (no appointment). Only charged me $70 and finished repairing the exhaust leak 20 minutes after I walked in. Would recommend.

I bought a used truck took to shop figure i would come back pipe rusted in in half.. 20 minutes fixed out door so impressed.. each time used always great. Price is great..

Referred here by my mechanic. Said Ritzman's would save me money over what he would have to charge, Dropped my truck off at 3 PM, got a call with the estimate at 3:30. Picked up my truck at 4:45 with everything new from the Y-pipe back. Saved $200. Shop was clean as a whistle, owner and the one employee I met were extremely nice. I would not consider going anywhere else.

Brought my 2019 Challenger in for a cat back exhaust swap. They did amazing work and i'm extremely happy with it. Prices are excellent and friendly service as well. Highly recommend Ritzman to anyone looking to have exhaust work done. 10/10
