Can't recommend Rick's enough. We were referred to this business by neighbors in Copley Twp. We took our older car down to the shop, and Rick gave us the bad news that it needed extremely expensive repairs. We had to decide if it was worth investing in the car or cutting our losses. Rick was so kind and honest and gave us his professional opinion to cut our losses - even though it cost him business. Not every mechanic would do that. We are not long-time customers. We were people who've never spent a dime in his shop! But you can bet he will get all our business going forward. I've never been able to say, "I know a guy," when someone asked me for a good mechanic. Now I can.

Rick & the team are friendly, thorough, and the prices are very fair. We had an issue with a sensor popping on & off. The team had us all checked out and back on the road within a day, very straightforward.

Did a great job for my Acadia! Needed an alignment and two tires and this was the place to do it. Went above and beyond for me! Highly recommend! Adding to this review because can't add a new one but I wanted to say Ricky and his son are great! They fix my coolant leak, and when I brought it in for another cooling system issue they replaced the coolant sensor for free since they didn't catch it beforehand. Thought that was a blessing from them. Definitely will be my first choice!

Rick was very nice on the phone, he was very informative and even wish me a happy Easter. Even though, I didn’t get any service there. I just passed the information along to my friends because he could’ve just had me come in and tell me base pay is $70 but he gave me the real deal. He said it from 70 and up depending on the situation of the vehicle and I appreciate the honesty and that shows me he’s a standup guy. He has a standup business, even though I did not go there in person, I felt the good vibes on the phone so y’all looking for a place to have them look at your car check availability and ask questions. And by the way, I am a female I went to my dealership and they were able to assist me since I am under warranty, even though it doesn’t cover that I just wanted to get a dealership my dealerships recommendations, look at it so I can have an idea what my next move was and I appreciate great customer service from both businesses.
