Came in for a headlight, two employees (heavily tatted guy and a younger man) were helpful and friendly, made us feel like they care and kindly suggested a choice that worked out greatly. Will be back in the future would recommend

Every time i come in here the staff are friendly and always willing to help. Edit: Talked to guy on phone. Needed a starter for my 2006 liberty crd, told him I needed it asap so he promised me it would be there next day at noon. Show up next day, albeit a bit past the noon he was expecting. Although no amount of time would change the fact that the guy ordered an alternator. Now the starter won't be in until Tuesday, and leaves me without a running vehicle. Absolutley displeased and probably will no longer be shopping at this oreillys anymore.

I usually have good service, but today really pissed me off. I bought a motor mount earlier this week, it turned out to be the wrong one, so i went in to exchange it and they wanted more for the right one plus a shipping fee. I agreed but before i got my change back i decided to just get my refund and check elsewhere first. They refunded all but the shipping fee, and i was like nothing was, or was going to be shipped because i cancelled the order the guy said it was policy. Needless to say it pissed me off. Talking to a manager tomorrow. They better give me good news

I showed up around 8pm the other night after losing a brake pad on my drive home, Wes and Christopher were super accommodating and kind, Wes even put the new brake pads on for me after getting off. Definitely the best customer service I’ve ever had, and I think this is the only place I’ll be getting my auto parts from now on!!
