I don't normally leave reviews good or bad and I was a bit leary about taking my car to kens after reading the reviews. However my experience with Ken and the other mechanic who’s name I forgot was excellent ! I work next door and as soon as my car broke down he walked over and diagnosed it instantly. When I took the car in they kept me updated and explained everything over the phone while I was out of town. They suggested some other repairs that I honestly didn’t think needed done but decided to trust the experts. After coming back and driving my car out of the shop I’m amazed how much smoother my car is after replacing the broken tie rod and 3 out of 4 control arms on my ford fusion. In addition to that breaks feels better my emergency break is not loose anymore and I didn’t even have any work done to those. They went above and beyond and I highly recommend! They have my business moving forward.

I've been going to Ken's place for over 20 years. He's a good guy and I have no complaints. I've had many repairs with my many clunker vehicles:)

so i got my alternator replaced and he not only blew a fuse but forgot to plug my radiator fan back in so when my husband went to fix my head light all of my radiator fluid came rushing out. had i been on the road when this happen i would of been replacing a 4,000 dollar problem because i know nothing about cars and would of blown a gasket.. i would not recommend him at all he doesn't know what he is doing and just caused more problem...
