Speedy Wash and Lube-Quick Lube

SOMEONE FORGOT TO TIGHTEN THE LUG NUTS. --I took my work truck here for an oil change and tire rotation since I have bought this and many other vehicles from Fred Martin. The did the oil change and rotation like normal. Well I thought so. I pulled out and turn on the highway ramp. Hit the top of the ramp and heard and felt something really wrong. Got out and found my tire hanging on by one stud. They sent a tow truck and the wheel came off as pulling it up the truck. This was on a work truck that I lost time and money that day. No one said a word. They fixed it and then said you need tires. I said they said the tires were fine at the lube. This whole probleam could have been a real big probleam causing a life and alot of damage. They acted like no problem.

I received 2yrs of free oil changes with the purchase of my used vehicle(Fred Martin), however, I DREAD going here even though it is free. NOT a 15 min oil change- more like an hour and 15 min. They have been consistently rude, with their tone seemingly even more rude after the initial inquiry "are you here for the free oil change?" Also, you must specifically ask for them to check fluid levels and tire inflation. Sadly, no, my low tire light has not gone off yet. I am looking forward to going back to my usual place.

These people ripped my hood molding off my hood after the guy slammed the hood so hard that I said wow you think it's close, they offered to put double sided tape on the molding to replace on the hood, trying to tell me it was flapping when I came in there. No sir it was not. I'm going the next step with this, you can't rip stuff off my car and get away with it.. I'm reporting your company

I have been going here for years and always got a free carwash with my oil change except for this time had to buy a wiper blade the guy told me....no thanks

Ran over a bolt in their bay while getting oil changed and they refused to fix it. Guy had the nerve to tell me not to drive far on that tire

The place looked nice, external car wash was good, but the vacuums were not working. I didn’t see any signs indicating that, so was a bit disappointed because I was not able to fully clean my car.
