Big Mike’s did a wonderful job repairing my suv after it was rear ended. Their turn around time from when insurance approved all repairs to being completed, was outstanding! Their customer service is amazing. They made sure to keep me updated throughout the process. I am very pleased with the service and so happy this locally owned shop was recommended to me! If you need any service whether it be collision repair, towing, tires, and/or automotive work, this shop is the place to go!

I have used the Mechanical Shop for my F150 and it was excellent . Great service and very reasonable. I then had our convertible detailed and I was amazed !!! I was so impressed , I had John at the body shop restore and repaint the bumpers on my Lotus Esprit. Then he sent it over for a complete paint correction . I just went to pick it up and ….. WOW !!!! Thank you to everyone who helped on the Lotus . I’m blown away . I never thought it could look this shiny ! Thank you all so much

Want to give special thanks to Big Mike’s Automotive & Collision for fixing the recovery mobile. The pictures really don't do justice to show the damage that was done and how much better it looks now that it's fixed. The insurance company was really a pain to deal with and I didn't feel like I was in good hands, but the crew at Big Mike's really went out of their way to help get this done. Great communication throughout the process, set up a smooth transition to get and return the rental, and they even detailed the inside of my car. Can't say enough good things so I'll just say thank you for helping me stay on the road so I can do the work that Welcome to Recovery Project does. This is the second time I have used Big Mike's Automotive for my detailing car experience and I remain a VERY SATISFIED customer! Black Diamond looks brand new. All clean and shiny on this Fall October day. I highly recommend Big Mike's Automotive for all your car needs- the staff is friendly, professional and prompt. Updated Review‼️‼️‼️ You all wouldn’t believe that when I wrote the previous review that 3 days after I got my car back from getting repaired, I was rear ended AGAIN. With no hesitation, Big Mike came to the rescue, worked with insurance, and got me into a rental in no time or hassle. I got my car back today and I’m even more impressed than last time! THANK YOU SO MUCH to you and your team. If you’re on the edge about going here for repairs, I’m here to tell you GO for it. You won’t be disappointed. Original: All I can say is WOW! I had a Mazda cx5 that needed work done due to a minor accident. When things fell through with an outside automotive painter, Big Mike came to the rescue! I’m truly impressed with the flawless work done especially since it’s the toughest Mazda color to repaint. It doesn’t even look like damage was done! They even detailed the interior before pick up which was a nice complimentary touch. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs work done! No complaints. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Big Mike’s was incredible to work with! They took care of everything with my insurance, kept in touch about the progress of the car repairs and was thorough when repairing the damages. You can’t even tell where the damages were and they were able to work with me on the deductible at a time I really needed it! Keep up the great work Big Mike’s Automotive and Collision center!!

Big Mikes was recommended by a friend. I took their advise to get my car repaired there and they did not disappoint. Everyone was friendly and accommodating from the time I walked in the door until the time I picked up my car keeping me updated. Insurance issues were handled and they did a great job on the repair work. I would highly recommend.

This is one of the only auto shops I would ever highly recommend to anybody in need of honest mechanics. My car broke down while out of town and I had it towed to Big Mike's. The owner called to assure me it had arrived after hours. Then, after thorough diagnostic work, Amanda went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. This place deserves their praise.
