Service is horrible I have purchased 3 vehicles here a 2014 x5 a 2022 x5 and I just got a special order 2024 x7 .The buying experience and my salesman Hunter Locke was awesome ! However Cj Hill the service manager is horrible ! The 2022 x5 had multiple electronic glitches he refused to help repair he insulted my wife in the service dept and made her cry so I took it upon myself to address it man to boy I say boy because he is the owners son and thinks he can treat customers any way he wants and daddy isn't gonna do anything however I apologized for my actions and even purchased another new vehicle there 2 months ago .On July 14th my wife took the new x7 in to have the middle row seats looked at because the leather was pulled out from under the release latches on both sides a obvious manufacturer defect however Cj hill refused my salesman's attempt to set up a appointment and told the salesman to tell my wife to take her New car to Asheville nc for service .We live 5 minutes from Rick hill BMW its over 100 miles to the nearest BMW dealer from kingsport.I waited till Monday July 17th to address this and I went to the dealership to speak to Cj hill he was in a meeting so I left my number for him to call me I also ask to speak to Rick hill but he wasn't there he was at the old Pontiac dealership that's now a buy here lot.I called the number and ask for Rick they transferred me to his phone but it went strait to voice mail. So I got in my truck and went to the buy here pay here lot only to be told he wasn't there so I left both my contact numbers with the receptionist and I never received a call From rick hill .Cj hill did return my call several hours later only to refuse to even look at the seat issue stating because of the issues we had with the 2022x5 he was not going to service my new vehicle I purchased from Rick hill BMW.I filed a formal complaint with BMW USA on July 17th 2023 and was advised Rick hill had 5 days to respond .I requested a meeting with a corporate representative and Rick hill at the earliest date possible.TAKE MY ADVICE ...DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM RICK HILL BMW THEY DO NOT HONOR BMW WARRANTY .I WILL BE TAKING THIS TO WHATEVER LEVEL THEY CHOOSE TO HAVE THIS ISSUE RESOLVED . Again very dissatisfied with Cj hill if he worked for me he would be immediately terminated he's a very very poor representative of a awesome automobile manufactorer.... my reply to your response is you couldnt fix the x5 you insulted my wife to the point she cried so yes i was agressive as any man should be but you hid under daddys coat tail and ran .Poor example of management i understand why you work for your daddy nobody else would tolerate that kind of behavior .I NEVER physically touched you but apparently my words hurt your feelings so you had to go to your safe place .
