Turttle's Auto Glass focuses on providing a range of auto glass services, primarily windshield repair for minor chips and cracks, and complete replacement of windshields and other vehicle windows, such as side and rear windows. Given the positive review mentioning on-site service, it's likely they offer mobile auto glass repair and replacement, providing convenience by coming to the customer's location. This can be particularly beneficial for those with busy schedules or vehicles that are unsafe to drive due to glass damage.

Information regarding the physical environment of Turttle's Auto Glass's shop is not detailed in the provided reviews. However, the positive feedback about the representative being "fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and professional" suggests a customer-focused approach, which often translates to a welcoming and efficient service experience, whether at a physical location or during a mobile service call. The emphasis on professionalism indicates that they likely operate with a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

The services offered by Turttle's Auto Glass, as highlighted in the customer reviews, include windshield replacement and rear window replacement. One customer had a positive experience with a rear window replacement arranged by a local dealer due to water intrusion in a newly purchased vehicle. The service was completed on-site and in a timely manner, with the customer expressing satisfaction with the quality of the new window, noting it looked even better than the original. This suggests expertise in handling manufacturer parts and ensuring proper installation, including the functionality of features like power sliding glass and defrost.

However, it's important to note a contrasting experience from another customer who reported the installation of the wrong windshield. This customer claimed that when they pointed out the error and requested the correct one, they were allegedly given false information about its availability elsewhere and were refused a rescheduling for the correct installation without a handshake agreement. This negative review raises concerns about potential issues with order accuracy and customer service in resolving errors.

Despite the mixed feedback, several features of Turttle's Auto Glass can be identified. The positive review emphasizes the friendliness, knowledge, and professionalism of their representative, as well as the convenience of on-site service and the high quality of the replacement window. The fact that the dealer entrusted them with the repair for a new vehicle also suggests a level of confidence in their capabilities. However, the negative review highlights a potential issue with ensuring the correct parts are installed and the handling of customer complaints or errors.

Currently, there is no information available regarding any specific promotional offers or discounts from Turttle's Auto Glass in the provided data. Auto glass service providers may occasionally offer promotions such as discounts on windshield replacements, special rates for chip repairs to prevent further cracking, or package deals that include additional services. If they offer mobile services, inquiring about any potential discounts for on-site repairs might also be beneficial.

In conclusion, Turttle's Auto Glass in Kingsport, TN, offers auto glass repair and replacement services, including the convenience of on-site mobile service. While one customer reported a very positive experience with a high-quality rear window replacement and a professional representative, another customer detailed a significant issue with the installation of the wrong windshield and alleged misinformation. This mixed feedback suggests that while Turttle's Auto Glass may provide excellent service and quality in some instances, there might be inconsistencies in their order accuracy and customer service in resolving errors. Local users considering Turttle's Auto Glass should weigh these experiences and perhaps seek clarification on their procedures for ensuring correct parts and handling any potential issues. Turttle's Auto Glass, Kingsport Customer Reviews

5/12/2025 The service would have been great if not for they installing the wrong windshield ordered. When I realized they'd installed the wrong windshield I asked for the correct one in which he lied a stated no one has that windshield but them. ( Safelite does ) a different day and reschedule but they refused to do that only with a hand shake

I had a great experience with Turtle’s Auto Glass after purchasing a vehicle from a local dealer. A few days after buying the car, I noticed water intrusion around the rear window. Thankfully, the dealer took care of the issue and arranged for Turtle’s Auto Glass to replace the window with a new manufacturer part. The representative from Turtle’s was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He completed the replacement on-site and in a timely manner. I was impressed with how great the window looks; it actually looks better than when it was originally installed! Everything, including the power sliding glass and defrost, is working perfectly, and there are no signs of water intrusion. I highly recommend Turtle’s Auto Glass to anyone in need of glass repair. They provided excellent service and exceeded my expectations!

Turttle’s has replaced two windshields for us. One on site and one in their shop (which required programming) both jobs were excellent as was their communication and attention to detail. They were also extremely clean which I appreciate as well.

Honest and dedicated to doing the job right. I brought my van in because it was having water intrusion. They ran a water leak test, and determined the water was not coming in from the glass seal but instead from the roof. They had a guy with the experience to fix it and offered to repair it at a reasonable price. Unfortunately when they got into the issue it was beyond what their equipment allowed. Not only did they not charge me for anything, not even the original test, they sealed the roof to the best of their ability while they were in there, even once they knew they wouldn't make any money off the job. When I tried to pay the answer I got was "we didn't finish the job". That's the kind of pride in craftsmanship and care for the customer that earns my business.

I feel confident they do good work but they are over priced for me. They refused to repair a chip in my driver’s side windshield because I had a crack in the middle. I was trying to avoid a crack in my line of sight by repairing the new chip. Guess my safety is less important than their reputation or profit margin. Thank you for the lengthy reply explaining how you are looking out for my safety. The existing crack in my windshield does not affect my vision, if the chip you refuse to repair turns into a crack it will. Sorry I refuse to pay around $500 for a new windshield then $500 for calibration of a system i have done without for over 50 years of driving experience. Over $1000 to replace a windshield in a 7 year old vehicle with over 150,000 miles does not make sense. Neither does your reply. I asked you to perform a simple repair not become my guardian angel.
