Went to Honda Kingsport to buy a car with my dad. The sales person Logan was very kind and friendly . He answered as many questions that came to us as he could. Honda in Kingsport was a friendly place with lots of options available to look at , was there to buy a used vehicle. The vehicle I purchased was clean and well maintained at a reasonable price . The car had lots of amenities. The only down side was how long the process took was there 4 hours. My dad is 89 at end of life stages it was a bit much for him to be there that long. However they do offer water, ice creams and coffee so that's a plus. Over all I am satisfied so far with my purchase and my service. would definitely purchase a car there again.

David met us as we exited our vehicle. He was kind and helpful. Made sure we were taken care of. My husband is disabled and he was respectfully. We will travel the 30 minutes to Kingsport Honda instead of going to the Honda dealer in our own town because of all the VIP service they provide..Great job the whole crew...

Had a great experience at Honda. When returning for maintenance to be completed we once again were appointed Grayson Chester as our service advisor. His attitude and attention made our wait easier. Mr Chester never failed to keep us informed of progress in a timely manner. As senior citizens, it’s sometimes rare to be treated with respect by younger people and Mr Chester is a definite plus to Honda. Honda is fortunate to have him.

Sebastian did a great job checking me in on time with appt. He made sure he fully understood my service request and did all the pre checks necessary before getting me settled in lounge. He came out and explained in detail the 25 point inspection and the mileage recommendations for next visit. My car was also washed and parked right outside service area. I was very pleased with my service and how Sebastian handled each step, start to finish.
