Petersen Auto Repair Introduce

Petersen Auto Repair, located at 413 Max Ct in Henderson, Nevada, operates within the Auto Repair Stations category, seemingly offering services related to vehicle maintenance and repair. However, the information available online, specifically from customer reviews, paints a concerning picture that potential local users should carefully consider. Due to the serious nature of the allegations presented in these reviews, a standard introduction focusing on environment, services, and features based solely on this information would be misleading without thoroughly addressing the negative feedback.

Based on the provided customer reviews, there is no positive information regarding the environment or standard services of Petersen Auto Repair. Instead, the reviews detail extremely negative experiences involving alleged fraudulent behavior and a severe breach of trust. One review, from a user named Robert McCann, explicitly states a failure to recover $1600 paid to Ronnie Elphick, identified as an employee of Petersen Auto Repair, for parts and services purportedly needed for a 2005 Jaguar S-Type. McCann alleges that Elphick claimed the vehicle required an AC compressor and radiator. Crucially, McCann states that no invoices were provided, and no work was ever performed on the vehicle. To substantiate this, McCann mentions that Brake Masters verified that no AC compressor, radiator, or any other service was performed as alleged by Elphick and that Brake Masters even provided the original parts as evidence. McCann further claims that Elphick refused to refund the money for these unrendered services, leaving him with the intention to file a police report against both Elphick and Petersen Auto Repair for theft, fraud, and deceit.

The second review details an even more alarming incident, alleging that one of Petersen Auto Repair's employees stole the customer's SUV. This resulted in the customer incurring out-of-pocket expenses for towing and cleaning, which neither their insurance nor the employee's insurance covered. The reviewer expresses disappointment at the lack of any offer for reimbursement from the employee, especially given the company's alleged financial difficulties. The phrase "screw you" attributed to the situation further emphasizes the negative and unhelpful response received by this customer after such a significant and distressing event.

Given the gravity of these allegations – theft of funds for services not rendered and the theft of a customer's vehicle by an employee – it is impossible to objectively describe positive features of Petersen Auto Repair based solely on this information. The features that emerge from these reviews are overwhelmingly negative and point to serious issues with trust, integrity, and potentially the management and oversight of employees at this establishment. The lack of any positive feedback or information to counter these serious claims should be a significant concern for any potential customers.

Similarly, there is no mention of any services being performed satisfactorily or any positive aspects of the customer experience. The only services discussed are those that were allegedly billed for but not performed, and the deeply negative consequences of an employee's alleged actions. Therefore, it is not possible to provide a description of their services based on positive outcomes or customer satisfaction.

Finally, there is absolutely no information regarding any promotional offers or positive aspects of the business that might attract customers. The entirety of the available feedback focuses on significant financial loss due to alleged fraud and the shocking incident of a vehicle theft by an employee. In this context, discussing promotions would be entirely inappropriate and would not accurately reflect the serious issues raised by these customer experiences.

In conclusion, based on the information available from these two customer reviews, Petersen Auto Repair in Henderson, NV, is associated with extremely serious allegations of fraud and theft. One customer claims to have paid for services and parts that were never provided and was refused a refund, intending to pursue legal action. The other customer alleges that an employee stole their SUV, resulting in personal financial loss and a dismissive response. Potential local users are strongly advised to consider these deeply concerning experiences and exercise extreme caution before engaging with Petersen Auto Repair. The lack of any positive feedback or information to counterbalance these severe allegations should be taken very seriously.

Petersen Auto Repair Customer Reviews

This serves as notice that I, Robert McCann, have failed to recover $1600 paid to Ronnie Elphick, employee of Petersen Auto Repair, for parts and services to my 2005 Jaguar S-Type. Ronnie Elphick of Petersen Auto Repair alleged that my Jaguar needed an AC compressor and Radiator. No invoices were provided. No work was performed. Brake Masters have verified that no AC compressor, nor radiator, nor any other service was performed on my car, as alleged by Ronnie Elphick. Brake Masters have provided me the original AC compressor and radiator as evidence. Their technicians have offered to provide evidence at any future legal litigation. Ronnie Elphick has refused to refund money paid for services not rendered. I have no further recourse but to immediately file a police report against Ronnie Elphick and Petersen Auto Repair for theft, fraud and deceit. Thank you

Our SUV was stolen by one of their employees. We ended up having to pay out of pocket for the tow and cleaning. His insurance would not cover that part of it and neither would mine. I would think he would offer to pay some of it back but no. I know the company is hurting for money but anything a month would have been better than a screw you..

Dennis always takes care of me and my daughter. Our cars are older, both 2014. He does great work.

Average local mechanic. If your a regular you get better deals and they treat you with what they can do. If it did not go well they will tell you, or they call before getting into something unforeseen. So you don't get stuck with a surprise bill. I thought that was cool.

The best service in town!! They came highly recommended to use as a second opinion when a Firestone was completely trying to screw me over. An honest mechanic is so rare and he showed me underneath my car and explained everything in detail. Needless to say, Firestone was completely bluffing and trying to fool me into 4K worth of work when I needed minor maintenance. Now I have came here several times for brakes, battery, and when my check engine light came on. Very pleased with the work. Pleasant, quick service. Definitely bring your car here!!
