Jason from Niles ohio went way out of his way dealing with are warranty company, back forth for 2 days. Outstanding knowledge of the vehicle but the parts as well on top the fact he found a tire that was the only available one online in the u.s and he had it shipped in everything repaired and ready for pick up in a day and half. He located are Ford dealer only parts quick and had them shipped in as well. On a vehicle that was 50 percent warranty and 50 percent my responsibility. I could not say enough for the experience we had just amazing service all the way around.

Found a screw in my tire, pulled into this Pep Boys right as they opened, they quickly determined that the screw was only in the tread, and had me back on the road in minutes. Very friendly folks clean waiting room.

I had an appointment for an oil change and I sat and waited over an hour (my appointment time was when they opened so I know they weren't behind schedule) and they still never even got my vehicle to start working on it. They had Bob Evans delivered while I was sitting there and I think eating was more important than the customers time.

With my schedule it's hard to get any work done on my vehicle so I took a chance and brought it to Pep Boys. When I walked in the first thing, I noticed was that the store was completely gutted and only offered basic services like Tires and oil changes. I needed new tires and was quoted a price that was very reasonable compared to other shops. I bought the tires and an alignment and my wait wasnt to bad considering how busy it was getting. The management was very helpful and answered any questions I had. If you need Tires or brake service I would check here first.

Purchased tire online and scheduled appointment to replace single blown tire. Even though I had an appointment, no one told me until I arrived it would be at least two hours before they could get started. As a positive, cancelling my order and getting a refund was easy.

The work was done fast and professionally. Jason took great care of me at the counter. The waiting area was well maintained and comfortable. It did smell like rubber, but you kinda have to expect that. I'll definitely go back for my next set of tires.

Went in with a walk in lug key issue on a day they were short staffed and still they worked me in. I even got a 4tire set I'm happy with. Thank you to all the fellas that worked that day to get us safely back on the road and with professionalism and patience. Will definitely make this place my go to in the future. I recommend highly these guys and this place.

This place is a joke of a shop I will not ever be going back.first I had a appointment at 1:30 I dropped off the car headed to mall i was gone for over a hour to come back to my car being wrapped up then took me saying something to get me out of there a half hour later. Tire light still on no oil sticker no inspection . I had to ask for them to rotate the tire and it cost me 10 extra dollars. How are you selling part if not inspecting the car and taking off wheel. Turns out my brakes where bad in the front and needed replaced and they never told me thanks for nothing pep boys. 1:30 to 3:30 for oil change and tire rotation .as someone these done this when he was younger at ntb crazy to believe they in business still
