My car was over heating and leaking fluids. I called to make an appointment to see how bad things were. They were able to check my car out within a couple days. They called me a few hours after I dropped my car off and told me what was wrong and how much it would cost. I agreed and was expecting to have my car ready the next day. They called me later that day and said it was ready. The experience I had was very good. They are a very busy shop but do a very good job at making sure things are handled in a timely manner. They do the work that is needed and their prices are not bad. I havent heard anything bad about them just good things and my experience has been all positive. I'm not sure if they offer AAA discounts or how they would handle things if you couldn't afford the work that needed done but I'll be taking my car to them when I need work done.

I am completely satisfied with the Service and Repairs on my 2003 chevy tahoe, I had an appointment time and when I got there, they took my vehicle right in and had it fixed very promptly to my Amazement. I will definitely go back to this location, If at any time I have a problem with my vehicles And I would highly recommend anybody to go to this facility Great people. Great service, honesty integrity. They are true asset to this community.

We needed muffler work on our Toyota. They were able to schedule appointment within a couple of days. They did a great job. Before the car sounded like a freight train and after repair is quiet and smooth to drive. The place is very organized, reasonably priced. They were so nice to even squeeze in an oil change. The front desk lady is super nice and the repair employees are professionals and caring. Thanks again, we will be back with our next vehicle repair need.

Rick's is the only place that I will ever go to! They are honest and caring! The cost of work is very fair and reasonable! If you want your car to be fixed right the first time Rick's is where you go! Not only are Rick and Hazel awesome but they hired Jenn which makes the place even better!!

Ricks installed a TON of parts onto our work truck at a moment's notice. Their prices were some of the best around, but their service and general capabilities to customize, think outside the box, and ultimately save us money wherever they could is what really makes Rick's Lifetime Muffler the best all-around shop in the area! These guys took our truck in when no one else could, and they really went above and beyond in all respects. THANK YOU! These guys have a business customer for life!
