Their work and service is absolutely Crap. They do not care about the work they do or if their customers are satisfied. I hit a deer in October and the work was finished the first week of November… went to pick it up and the mirror had a chunk of plastic missing, paint was bubbly and had an “orange peel” appearance, and a few other minor things. Told us to bring it back in seen what we were talking about told us they’d call us within a week because it would only be a few days job. Four days from going into 2025 and still no phone call to schedule him. Would recommend to steer clear from this place.

Still waiting for our car that was to be repaired. Promised last friday(til a power outage, not their fault ) changed that. On moday, they called and said they would call back and have it ready by 4:30 pm. Never called us back. I called this morning and was told that the guy had to take a look over of the car and was offered to stay on hold or to hang up and get a return call in a few minutes. Here we are, it's been an hour and still no call. Was i supposed to sit on hold for an hour. Not impressed with their garage customer service.

staff is very friendly at all times and did amazing work on my car. they even cleaned it on the inside and on the outside for me. shoutout to Jim, Shara, and Kevin for making that stressful time as smooth as possible. i’m so glad I went to them to get it fixed, highly recommend.

Huge mistake on my end to not research this place prior to taking my vehicle here and only assuming it be good since my insurance company recommended them. Three weeks in and I'm Still "waiting for parts" Absolutely no communication the first 2 weeks. Third week only to receive conflicting updates (including told done ready for pickup) today's update is they go need a few more weeks SMH if you can't afford to wait 4-6 weeks or more LOOK ELSEWHERE

They repaired my Ford Escape from some deer damage. Did a great job and was done couple days earlier than they said. Stayed in contact while the were repairing. Would highly recommend.

I was hit on the driver's side door on Feb 17th, my insurance wanted me to take my Chevy Trax here for repairs. First of all they are horrible at communication, I had to call several times to get updates. When I finally got my car back I noticed the same day all the damages this place had done to my vehicle. The "new" driver's side door they replaced is not even aligned properly and has chips/scratches on the paint. They did a horrible paint job by the way, white paint all over black trim. Also found weird orange paint splattered on the back of my white car. Found a chip on the windshield, scratches and chips that weren't there before among a lot of other things. Cleaned the inside of my car and stained my cloth seats (I was here for a door replacement).Please avoid the headache and don't come here. They do not care and absolutely diminished the value of my vehicle. Will be suing!!! UPDATE: Took my car back and instead of explaining the work that was done ,Kevin the owner, decided that it was best to argue about all the damages they caused to my vehicle. They said that they would not address all of the damages that they caused and even went to the extent as saying "nobody's perfect" as if this would justify me having to take my car for repairs a second time due to their negligence. Luckily pictures from before were evidence that they DID cause the damages and will be taking my vehicle to a different shop.

Absolutely unacceptable. This company received payment from my insurance provider at the end of 2023. I have documentation confirming this. Despite that, they stalled and deflected for over a year, offering excuse after excuse instead of honoring the work they were paid to perform. Now, nearly a year and a half later—with the damage worsening and active leaks occurring—they’re suddenly claiming they were never paid. That is a blatant lie, and I have proof. This negligence has caused significant financial strain, as I now face even more costly repairs due to their inaction. Emotionally, it has been exhausting and deeply frustrating to be misled and ignored while my car (and means of livlihood) continues to deteriorate. This is not a trustworthy business. My attorney be involved moving forward. I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere—you deserve better than this.

I had an accident and I took my vehicle there as it was recommended by my insurance company. So far they have been really easy to deal with and the one estimator has been a gem from the start. So so far I have a good experience I will update after the repairs are done. It isn't finished yet.
