I needed some work done on the sides and front of my car & Klaben did a fantastic job! Jeff Mundell was very communicative and transparent about the timeline and parts needed. I can't even tell where the damage used to be anymore!

I recently had sent my Mercedes’ here to have the doors repainted. I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing the costumer service was. That’s rare around here! Very welcoming, professional and transparent. The doors looks amazing. I don’t think I’d ever take a car anywhere else. Thank for the the good work and the unbelievable costumer support! Give those guys a raise they earned it! Lol

Great people and service! I hit a deer with my Durango, and the body shop was able to get the repairs done ahead of schedule. Then there was a mix-up with my insurance about the payment for the repairs, and Mike took care of that problem very quickly.

I needed minor body work from an insurance claim and also wanted a scratch and a ding fixed that I was going to pay for. I took my truck in 1 week before dropping it off so they could assess the damage and have all parts ready when I dropped it off the next Monday when my vacation started. I wanted to avoid having to rent a car. When I dropped it off the next Monday , I told them I really needed it done by Friday. It wasn't done Friday because they found more damage and couldn't get the part for almost 2 weeks, even though they are a dealership! Ridiculous! I had to get a rental. They never called to say it wouldn't be done the following Friday, but the following Monday they called to tell me they wrecked my truck pulling it into the shop! 😡 They said they'd fix it. This took another week! So I had to drive a stinky, clunky rental for 3 weeks before they called to say it was done. When I finally got a call and went to pick it up, they had never fixed the ding and scratch that I had asked them to fix, even though they had it over 3 weeks! 😡 Ridiculous! The manager did give me a discount but now I have to go all winter before I can get more vacation time to get it fixed and not have to drive a rental. 😡 Then, a few days later my driver's side mirror starts rattling and shaking like it's about to fall off. I had to go back again to get that fixed! Why couldn't it all have just been done right the first time?!

Great place to take your vehicle during a very bad time ... Deer jumped into the side of my vehicle and caused serious damage... Klaben fixed my vehicle in a very timely fashion and man did they exceed my expectations!! Thanks again Klaben!!!
