Kelsey Angle: I can’t recommend Klaben Body shop enough to literally anyone! Mike and the whole Klaben crew did amazing with my car! I seriously can’t say enough good things. Truly an amazing place and will never go to anyone else for my body shop repairs! They had amazing commutation and customer service. They were up front about everything and try to help you out with cost if possible with parts. I had just had my front bumper done by them because hit something in the road that cracked my bumper. Exactly a week later from picking up my car, I got in a collision where the same thing had to be fixed but worse! Thank you thank you thank you sooo much Mike and the Klaben team! My gratitude and thankfulness is sooo big for yall! Then even washed and cleaned the outside of my car! It looked brand new off the lot when I picked it up. Y’all don’t need to do anymore shopping around! Just choose Klaben, you won’t be disappointed I promise!

My experience at Klaben Ford was exceptional. Michael Awadallla was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions. He brought 5 different cars for me to look at and did not pressure me at all. After I purchased my Linclon, Michael took the time to go over all the options offered with my car. It was a pleasant experience which I kept putting off because its no fun to buy a car. But at Klaben they make sure you enjoy yourself! I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Had to have rear brakes and rotors replaced. They did the job properly. This issue could have been avoided if they would have checked the brakes like I asked two oil changes ago They also have a problem of not resetting all warnings on the dashboard. I'm not giving a star for anything

Very disappointed that it took four visits to Klaben Service department over three months to solve a noise in a new 2024 Ford Explorer. 11/20/24 10,000 mile service I reported about the noise in back of car. They changed oil, requested, and installed clips that where missing. 12/3/24 10,600 mikes they took over an hour to inform me that Ford was aware of this noise however Ford didn't know the cause or how to correct the noise. 12/13/24 12,230 miles I was told a technician at Klaben thought he knew how to correct the noise. Add metal clips instead of the plastic clips, didn't work. when leaving Klaben i heard the noise so went right back in to the service counter. They had a technician ride with me, we left the parking lot and within seconds he said "the struts need replaced". I learned all this time they never test drove the car. 1/14/25 122,365 miles they finally had all the parts to replace struts and shocks. Jim G Columbiana

Experience was ok they made it seem like it was normal for a maverick with 18,000 miles to have destroyed back brakes plus bad hubs. Issues with back brakes was reported twice on previous oil changes. They said no issues both times. Alot of gaslighting with mechanic I've been doing this all my life blah blah little did they know I've always helped do my brakes with my father inlaw in the past with older vechicles.And have plenty of knowledge knowing something was indeed wrong. I mean they could of easily said maybe brakes we're defective.Mind you I've have several vehicles throughout my life. Mostly older vehicles my back brakes from trucks to cars lasted over 60k miles.. I paid full price without getting any good answers on brakes and hubs. I thought it would be a luxury to buy a newer vehicle. Not a money pit with tons of recalls. So if the issue continues this will be last time I buy a Ford.

I don't write reviews much. The service dept, and Niall, deserve one. I needed brake service on a truck. Courteous, efficient, kind, and just relaxed but confident on getting the job done in general. You can tell the whole team was trying help each other and their customers. I was helped, beyond my expectation. I needed a ride back home quickly, and they obliged to make sure I was back as soon as they can get a car ready. Once the truck was ready they called and I asked if they could pick me up, and they offered to drop the truck off at my house. They are going out of their way with serving their customers. You don't get service like this elsewhere. This is customer service where its now a factor in my decision to buy another Ford for my next vehicle. Well done Klaben Ford Service of Warren.

I have been having an issue with my Ford Fiesta for over a year. I had its transmission replaced in 12/2023. I brought it in, because the car would suddenly stop and surge while I am driving. I have no control over the car when it happens. Needless to say, it is very scary when this happens in heavy traffic. But, nothing has changed since the transmission replacement. At least twice a month, the surging or misfire will occur. This morning it happened again. I brought the car in numerous times to find out what is going on. But, after test driving the car and keeping it for days on end, the mechanic cannot find anything wrong with it. Like I said, it only happens randomly. Diagnostics is not coming up with anything, either. But, something is not right. And, I don't know if everything if being checked. I will say, Niall is very helpful and shows concern for my situation. I just don't know what to do at this point.

The salesman was Mike Klaben Jr. He was awesome to work with, helping me choose my Maverick hybrid that I can be happy with. I would recommend Klaben Ford of Warren. They felt like friends in the end.
