Staff is excellent. Provided great customer service. Ordered tires too large for vehicle at customer request. During appointment, you have the option to stay in your vehicle. They tried one on per customer preference and tire was rubbing, had correct size available. Did not charge extra for extra work. Also offer free follow up.

Nice building, prices were reasonable. Service was quick to get you in but wasn't worth the price for the service. Went there for an oil change, and the 2 employees that worked on my car spilled oil on my engine and its cover and did not do a good job cleaning it up. I left there and spent the next half of an hour soaking up oil and cleaning dirty fingerprints off my white car in The Home Depot parking lot. I came home and have had small random oil spots on my driveway and garage floor. Update: I will give credit where credit is due. Flynn reached out to me and apologized for the less than standard of care for my automobile. Saying the employees that worked on my vehicle were new and the equipment is new. And that is not the standard of care that is acceptable to them. They have taken responsibility and are making it right. Not many companies do this. For this reason, I have upped the rating to three stars.

I had a slow leak in my tire. I went on a Saturday afternoon with no appointment, hoping they could fit me in as most other shops were closed. I was welcomed by Dan with a big smile and he said he'd be happy to help me. He showed great professional knowledge and he was very nice. I was in and out in less than an hour, tire fixed, problem solved. Great customer service means a lot , especially when you're in a jam. Thank you Dan, you made my day!!

The representatives were very friendly. However, when I called and evildoers I needed new tires and that I had never been there, I feel I was deceived at they said they could take me today as long as I was there before 3pm. I asked how long to put the tires on and the gentleman responded 30 minutes. When I arrived there was a kind of cars waiting to be serviced. I had to wait 2.5 hours from the time I arrived and for my vehicle to be completed. Moreover, while I was still waiting, I saw they had pulled my vehicle out of the garage and parked it. I went where 2 representatives were taking in the office and had to confirm my vehicle was finished. It was and then I had to ask to be checked out. Friendliness, I would recommend this place. Timeliness, I definitely would not recommend this place

I went in store to order tires that weren’t in stock. The clerk informed me they would be in the next day. To my surprise, I received a message that they were in later that evening. I liked how they have you pull into the shop and you stay in your vehicle while they get to work. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Definitely recommend for their good prices and service.

I got my tires changed it was a quick and easy experience. I got great customer service from Dan Wolfe, the service manager. He helped me out greatly! I highly recommend coming here for all your car service needs.

This was my first time trying out this new Flynn's. The experience was super fast and easy. I went in on a Saturday right after noon and wanted to get 4 brand new tires. They were incredibly helpful right away and helped me pick the right tires. After, I sat in my truck for maybe 10-15 minutes, they had me pull my truck in a bay and wait in my truck while they completed the service. I didn't have to wait for even a full hour before they were done. It was so quick. I will definitely be back next time I need new tires!

This is an amazing and professional group of people. I had a leaky tire. They not only fixed my tire but checked the other 3 tires for problems. I bought these tires from a competitor last year and they have given me problems since I got them. But Flynn’s has provided the care that I need. Which tells me in the future I will ALWAYS buy from Flynn’s. Strongly recommend!!!

I have been going to Flynn’s for a couple years now. The staff is always extremely nice. They explain things to you in a way you’ll understand, but never pressure you to make any decision. I visited their new location just yesterday to get a tire repair. I ended up needing to get 2 new tires (I have AWD). The whole process was smooth & easy! I highly recommend Flynn’s.

I needed tires for a horse trailer. They didn't have them in stock, but had them brought in within a couple of hours. They were the best price around and got me in and out. I would definitely recommend.
