Pallotta Ford Lincoln Collision

I took my 2024 Ford Expedition. to the Collision shop for damage done by hitting a deer. We had a positive experience purchasing the vehicle at Pallotta, which led us to believe we would receive similar service at your Collision Shop. My experience has been extremely frustrating due to poor communication, false information, and a series of delays that were both unnecessary and unacceptable. Initially, I was told that the repairs were done but they were waiting on a fender liner and that the repair would be completed promptly. However, despite repeated assurances that the car would be ready soon, I was consistently given excuse after excuse about why the repair was delayed. When the fender liner situation got handled, I was informed that the new headlight had arrived damaged. This further extended the timeline, which I had already been led to believe would be completed without additional issues. To make matters worse, the manager twice told me that insurance had not made a payment. However, I later discovered that the payment was made on December 27th, and insurance sent your shop proof of payment twice. This misinformation created unnecessary confusion and added to my frustration. The constant excuses made it seem as though the shop was not being upfront about the real reasons for the delays, leaving me questioning the professionalism and integrity of the service provided.

I took my new car in a week ago to have it looked at to get repairs and make an appointment and Emily told they would call me to make the appointment. Several days pass and nothing. I call and she answers and puts me on hold and never returns. I call again and another girl answered and said she was with a customer and would call me right back. Nothing. Never got a call back. Never got an appointment. Called Brunswick Ford and they had made me an appointment in under 5 minutes and they were SO friendly. Customer service is everything and unfortunately I am highly disappointed and won’t be returning to Pallottas.

Poor service!!!! have had my truck for over a month. First time it was not even looked at. Sent it home with me and nothing was done. Took it back and they still have it a month later. Also lied to me. Said they were waiting on my insurance to get back to them. Insurance knew nothing about that. NEVER WILL GO TO POLOTTA FORD IN WOOSTER AGAIN, NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

My insurance company recommended their service for significant body damage. Completely exceeded my expectations in time, quality of workmanship and communication! I was pleasantly pleased with the repair from incident and with the price of over and above work I had done. Hopefully I don't need any work anytime soon but will return here if needed!

I had some bodywork done to the rear of my car which looks great. But I was told I needed a new battery which they did replace that but did not clean off the battery cables that were corroded and are still corroded
