Five stars for prompt delivery minus two stars for damage. Trunk liner was shipped in a cardboard box. It was folded in half to fit in the box and now has a permanent crease at center bottom, see photo. Edit: Company responded “Luckily it can be fixed”….shipping was $25. At that price it better come intact, no finishing steps required. Just ship it in a larger box.

I only used the online service for orders and some returns for my new Pilot. I would say the College Hills Honda has the best example of customer service (no matter what their products are). The products are genuine and service is great either through online or a phone. I would definitely purchase from them again because I personally have trust in their parts and service. I highly recommend.

Recently found out about this place. Better prices than my local Honda dealerships. Fast shipping too, highly recommend and will be ordering from them in the future for sure.

I'm new to Honda and buying parts for my Honda. I have six cars of all brands. This site by far is the best I've experienced. This place provides me with comfort in buying parts online. The website has clear pictures on items and their fit and finish. Parts ship quickly. I can feel the care through the whole process. I will always look to College Hillis Honda before going elsewhere.

I ordered side moldings and floor mats for my new CRV sport hybrid. I ordered these on a Monday and they were delivered to me on Thursday of the very same week. The order was perfect and I will definitely order from them again.

The go to place for the best prices on OEM Honda parts. Their website always has detailed installation instructions. They ship fast! I bought the HPD badges, the interior cargo light and mud flaps (not installed yet). The box my parts came in was damaged but the parts seem ok.

I had a very positive service appointment at Germain Honda College Hills. Dan Varga did an excellent job of taking the time to listen to what I was describing in terms of an issue with my 2017 Fit and then proceeded to make an action plan to address all of my car needs. I was very impressed with the service I received and Dan followed through with timely communication and results! Highly recommend College Hills and Dan Varga for your car service experience.

Ordered 2 items online and realized I had mistakenly entered the wrong ship to address. I called and even though the parts had already left their warehouse they immediately rectified the problem for me with UPS. I received the parts faster than I expected even with the shipping hiccup. Most highly recommend.
