Immensely grateful to Jim and his crew for the honest price and excellent service. Took my car to a Van's and they quoted nearly $1600 for new front and rear brakes, rotors, calipers, and brake fluid flush. Jim, on the other hand, was honest - quoted only new front brakes and said rear brakes had some life left in them. Prices (parts and labor) were fair, service was quick. Will definitely be back and absolutely will recommend!

Professional service well done and I didn't see a spot of grease in my car which had happened in the past from other places. They were up front and kept in touch with me and let me know that something else need to be done and Steve is a great mechanic! 🐱 Update!! Just had all four tires replaced and some extra work done on my car took less than an hour it was great. I love this place. And they won't talk down to you, just because you don't know what you're doing, everything was explained on what was happening to my car. Thank you ☺️

Great prices, friendly service, super communication throughout andy vehicle was completed on time. Has never tried to sell me something I didn't need. Helped to educate me on my vehicle but not talking down to me. It's awesome to have a local honest and talented mechanic shop here is Wooster. We have sent many friends to Jim's auto and will continue to do so!

Absolutely informative articulates very well and his wife? , explained all I needed and subtracted what my two other estimates “TOLD” me I HAD to have done. But he’s in High demand, so if you need work done right away you’ll want to get an appointment with him before it too late for your car/ tuck whatever. I would recommend him highly! No nonsense establishment!😁
