I took my truck to this man so that he could repair it, he promised to have it ready in 5 days and more than a month passed I had to go to the workshop and rescue it, the lights did not work, the bumper was not new as promised, he painted a part of the old bumper of another color that is not the color of my truck. The wheel that I exchanged for the new one told me that the dealer had not delivered it (which is also a lie because the dealer told me that they don't keep it) this man is a scammer. I never recommend it.

Took my truck to Sam to have bedsides and rear doors painted. He said it would be “about a week, week and a half to complete”. Two weeks later and the truck still wasn’t painted, instead it was sitting in the parking lot sanded down. He promised it would be done “by Friday”. Friday comes and goes and no phone call, nothing. This cycle of promises and lies continued on for a total of 4 weeks. After holding my truck hostage for a month I finally got it back but not without edges missed, poor prep, sand marks, visible defects, trash in the paint, buffed off paint on a door edge, etc. In general a poor quality rushed job and poor communication. I took the truck back dissatisfied. He agrees to fix the issues. This time another three weeks in the shop and numerous other excuses. He said “Sometimes we get in a hurry.” Seriously? What’s the hurry if you have someone’s vehicle for an entire month? The second repair job wasn’t much better than the first. Still had missed edges and poor prep. I’m having a different shop re-do some of it because it just looks bad. I also paid $200 extra to have my steps painted and they are already rusting again only two months later. Through the agonizing process, I was promised a completion date probably close to 10 times and went a total of seven weeks without my truck.

Never ever take your car to sam,the worst paint job ever , paint drips and after a year my cars paint is chipping off , that's just the beginning so much is wrong I can't list it all

Sam helped us with a recent door ding due to the high winds. We were very impressed by his work and his fair pricing. The world needs more people like Sam.
