Stopped in after purchasing some NAPA brand wiper blades. I ask the manager if they could take a look at the wiper blades because they were not lining up and not fitting. He told me they didn't do that. I ask again just to take a look at them to see if it was indeed the right blade. He ask me, well what part number did you order. My company ordered these through our account so I did not have a receipt but said we could look them up. He again said well, we just don't do that. I ask him don't do what, give good customer service? I mentioned to him that most auto part stores are more than happy to assist you with something like this. Most stores will come out and even put them on for you. Long story short I went to the NAPA on 161 East of Sawmill, and they showed me exactly what I need to do to make them work. AWESOME customer service! 161 store east of Sawmill Store will now get all of our business. Very disappointed with the Plain City NAPA!

Surprised this place is still in business. Owner or general manager, whatever he is, is pretty much useless. Always has an attitude and I’m fairly certain is annoyed with every customer that comes through the door. Avoid him if you can. Everyone else is extremely helpful.

The team here was Fantastic! We were on a trip to Chicago and realized that our bbrak light/tail light was burned out. The team at this Napa was super helpful in helping me not only get the bulb but find the right tools to get us safely back in the road! Well done, I'm only disappointed that this isn't closer to my home so I can frequent more often! Top notch service! Highly recommend!

Waited for 30 min as they could not get their computers to find a simple headlight bulb part number. Eventually went and pulled the bulb out and showed them and they quickly grabbed the right part. If it was that simple why wait half an hour to ask me to do that? Then had to wait behind the people who walked in while I grabbed the bulb. Won't be going back.

Went to this store for my first time and found JAX auto products. I bought the JAX car wash product. I can't go here and not buy something. Lots of products to choose from. Close to Der Dutchman and Jan & Tony's Pizza for lunch or dinner.
