⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an exceptional experience at this auto group! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by their attention to detail and outstanding service. Clifford, in particular, was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and taken care of throughout my visit. The facility itself is remarkable. Their classic car collection is absolutely stunning - it's like walking through an automotive museum while you wait! But what really sets them apart is their comfortable lounge area, complete with a virtual golf course. I actually found myself wanting to stay longer just to enjoy a few more rounds of golf and admire the vintage vehicles. Highly recommending them to friends and family!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Fantastic buying experience! Flew up from NC to purchase my car. Clifford was great to work with and provided a video walk around as well as putting the car on the lift to take photos. I wanted to be confident in my purchase before booking a flight and he went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the vehicle. I experienced a slight issue with tire fitment (rubbing) on the way home and notified him immediately. Again they stepped up. They sent the photos I took of the damaged tire to the mechanic who ensured me I could get home without issue, and then provided their recommendation on a new tire size and promised me they take care of the cost. Clifford continued to check on my progress home (well past closing time), and had a check in the mail the moment I had the new tires on the car. Even with the 6 1/2 hour drive I wouldn’t hesitate to use North Pointe Auto Group for my next collector car purchase!

I popped in at the end of the day on a Friday to see if anyone was able to give a used car I was test driving a quick look before I made my decision. I was lucky enough to speak with Clifford and he provided absolutely amazing customer service. I don't want to add the details (because I would hate for someone to go there and expect him to do for them what he did for us) but I can assure you it was far above and beyond what a reasonable person would expect. I left North Pointe feeling confident in the vehicles performance and I am grateful for the outstanding service I received. I would recommend this place to friends and family without hesitation! Clifford is a wonderful person that is willing to go the extra mile!

The atmosphere was relaxed, the showroom and garage pristine, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable. They were transparent, patient with questions, and went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. We love the car and working with people that truly care about what they do. I can’t say enough great things about this shop! A huge shoutout to Clifford and Ryan—these guys are absolute pros! They took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with my car and made sure I understood my options before moving forward. It’s rare to find an auto shop that combines skill, honesty, and excellent customer service, but this place has it all. If you're looking for reliable and trustworthy mechanics, look no further.
