I cannot recommend John and his crew enough. In particular if you have a Volkswagen or Audi he has such a broad base of experience, he will save you thousands. You will be happy you found him. John is an excellent automotive technician. He is knowledgeable and experienced, particularly with Audi, but knows all makes and models. He can accurately recommend the best course of action for repair and he has built his shop based on integrity.

I travel 15 miles to have John work on my vehicles. Always knowledgeable and answers all questions I may have. I've taken 4 vehicles in the past, including a Polaris Slingshot. He took the time to put an LED lighting system on it. GREAT MECHANIC.

I was impressed with my first experience with Actual Auto. John is very knowledgeable & took his time explaining the issues my vehicle may be having. After his inspection it was nothing I thought it was. He didn't try to up sell me into something I didn't need. I appreciated his honesty and thoroughness.

I’m very picky about who I let work on my vehicles. John was straightforward with what I needed done, he found another problem that could have caused serious problems and was still able to get it all repaired in the time I needed it. He was true to his word, true to his quote. His work was top notch. I’m sure I will be back again as he has earned my trust.
