After a few thousand miles I figured I’d write a review. After some emailing, I secured an 8 a.m. appointment to have my transmission redone. It had 276k or so miles and needed help. They had the truck on the lift by 9 a.m. and the transmission was out of the truck on being torn down by 10:30. They asked if I wanted to replace the main seal at the block, because it was beginning to weep, just a little. I said, hell yes. (My local Ram transmission specialist stated he didn’t like changing the main seal because if it ain’t broke . . . “). By 11 a.m. the next day I was on my way back home to TEXAS. Yes, I drove up across the country to have my transmission built up by these gentlemen. Worth every mile. My only criticism is they did not change the o-rings on the hoses that connect to the transmission cooler at the transmission. The hose were disconnected during the process. They did however send new ones to me. I highly recommend this Ultra Professional shop.

Ordered a 47re comp1 trans. We waited the month lead time and got got this beast of a trans. Once installed we had some issues. I contacted Andy and we had the issues diagnosed. He got me a new transmission in a week. Best customer service you could ever hope for. I’ll recommend Firepunk to anyone that needs a great product and awesome support. Good job guys!!!

Bought a transmission last year and had some warranty work done this year. Josh was great with scheduling around my schedule and any questions I had. He was very thorough with explanation and information! Great guys to work with!

The worst transmission that I've ever had in my life. I've picked it up on And it was back less than 24 hours. Then they fixed it, it's back to next month.Fix it again.We're back Back again, it happened My third time they fixed it. It lasted twenty nine days And it blows apart, and they tell me, tough luck. So pretty much I've had the transmission for roughly 8 months in the shop 4 months, and I'm out $7000, I would not buy a transmission from here.

Big shout out to Gavin Huke. Posted on some of his YouTube videos that if someone needed help with ve pumps to reach out. He walked the walk and helped me time, explain and figure out issues with my truck. It’s an 03 fummins and it runs like a dream now. Big thank you.

Booked a dyno and tuning session with them and they were amazing all the employees were more then helpful, my turbo blew on the dyno and they offered to let me use one of there’s to finish the dyno session without having to buy it, they completely transformed how the truck ran would recommend them to anyone

I want to take a moment to say thank you to Firepunk, even though I didn’t end up having any work done by them. I had an issue that I needed help with, and Larson took care of it immediately. His professionalism and willingness to help, even without a transaction involved, really stood out. The customer service at Firepunk is truly top-notch. It’s rare to find a company that treats you with this level of respect and responsiveness, regardless of the circumstances. Highly recommend them based on this experience alone!

Worked with Aaron Zieg for some fabrication work for my workplace, he knocked it out in a very timely manner and was very up front about everything. Amazing workmanship! Would highly recommend this team for any project big or small they are a rare team to come by! Customer service is top notch!

Junk transmission , warranty ? whats that? “shafts are not covered since they are not manufactured by us” the transmission only had 24k miles. only had the thousand mile service , and didn’t even make it to its first actual service , truck is only slightly tuned and has a cold air intake . but i had a another company rebuild it tell me theres nothing special inside the transmission but the valve body and torque converter . seriously disappointing. wouldn’t buy another again
