Great customer service, friendly experience with staff and mechanic has full product knowledge. He know what to do in regards to truck service. I'm confident I will be going back on a need basis because they know what they are doing. I had electrical issues that were addressed in a timely manner.

Great customer service from Brad Sheets! Brad really went out of his way to help us and our parts got sent out very quickly. Even though he is a busy guy he was always responsive and made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely will be doing more business here!

I needed my outside rear seal replaced. I called them at 4:45 and they close at 5:30. They had part in stock, and he asked service if they could change it. Shop manager said yes, and I was rolling in 1 hr. Amazing Service! Thank you.

Ordered a pto pump drive from the website that very specifically said it fits my exact transmission and it wasn't close. That's not the bad part, they say I'm responsible for return shipping AND 10% restocking fee!!!!!!???? Are you kidding me Vanderhaggs ????? I no longer work here as of yesterday and they are currently looking for a good tech for the service department. Guys this is a wonderful company to work for with great pay. Ryan the GM is a very reasonable and hands on leader! If you're looking for a place to work until retirement this is the spot 100%! It didn't work out for me for different reasons. Andy the guy in charge of service is very knowledgeable and helpful as well. From my personal experience of you pass on this opportunity then you're just looking for a job instead of a career. Litterly every person in different departments are extremely easy to get along with. It's like the family that you actually enjoy hanging out with. Good luck to all applicants.
