The gentlemen named SDouglas at parts was very rude. I came to buy break pressure sensor and even showed him the picture of that specific part, but he gave me a break pressure switch and kicked me out just because he was wrong and told him thats not the part i need. Racist guys, insulted me. Unprofessional. I attached his office picture.

Good evening, please see attachment above. Our company driver recently came to your shop to get a PM, Brake Adjustment, and Federal Inspection. During the visit he waited for over eight hours to get service done to his truck. He was told that the driver right wheel seal was leaking and that the part needed to be replaced. The part was out of stock and the stores around the area were closed because it was late. He had to ordered the part from Nacarato in Nashville, TN. Once he went to get the part put on he was told there was absolutely no leak at all. I am saying all of this to say, your technicians gave our driver misleading information on his truck along with the estimate. Hundreds of dollars could have been spent for no reason at all. This is unacceptable to put our company at risk to be out of service. The attachment shows the right wheel seal as well and the estimates. Thank you so much for your service and time. P.s Driver make sure u ask to see the malfunction is sad that we have to double check their work thinking that this is a replicable shop they overcharge and give an incorrect data.

They are ready to rob you at any time, when you ask for appointment or job service their service department gives you a different price and after jobs done they charge you 10 times more and delay your work for now reason. Unfortunately there is no option for removing stars from them, I would do so with pleasure. recommend to find any other service not them. if you ask them for estimate yb any chance make sure to record your calls for yourself.

recommend not to go there for any reason if you need truck repair service. they will povide you one estimate just to start the works and then add up costs for no reason and delay your work. You will loose your time and money. if there was option of removing stars would do so with pleasure. Recommend not to go. there are plenty other shops to visit around.

Buyer beware. I purchased a 2020 Mack Granite 6 axle dump in Feb 2022. We purchased an extended warranty. Less than 90 days later the front differential exploded while I was driving it. I had it towed to the nearest Mack dealer (not McMahon) for repair. When the Mack dealer called the warranty company we learned the warranty hadn’t been purchased by McMahon. The cost of the warranty was $6000.00. The repairs were close to $17,000.00. The down time was 24 work days. (Avg $1,100/day). When they removed the drop-in there was less than a quart of fluid in the diff. The pinion gear bolts were finger tight, and more than half had already fallen out. The diff had a LKQ tag on it, meaning it was a used part installed. (The used part wasn’t the issue, the fact that it wasn’t assembled all the way and had no oil in the diff was the issue). When I called McMahon they tried to deny that I had bought the warranty to begin with. When I provided an email that said ‘the attached invoice includes the extended warranty (with the specific name of the warranty). They finally agreed to refund me the $6000 I financed for the warranty, leaving me with the balance of the repair, the tow bill and more than $25,000.00 in lost income. The Mack dealer who did the repair made it clear that the faulty parts would have easily been covered by the warranty. Operating trucks is hard enough, but when you buy a $185,000 truck and pay for an extended warranty, and it fails because of poor previous repairs AND the warranty you bought for this kind of situation wasn’t provided it makes it impossible. I was extremely disappointed with McMahon’s unwillingness to do the right thing. The very LEAST they could have done was make the repairs. What they should have done was make the repairs AND provide the warranty I paid for. When it was all said and done I lost $11,000+ and still didn’t have a warranty when I got the truck back.

I came to this dealer to check the alignment and the engine check light. The alignment was done poorly, and after 3 hours the engine check light came back on. And the worst part is that these idiots set a speed limiter, I can’t drive more than 70 ! On top of that the engine shuts off every 5 minutes. They charged me $1,750 for this work. Avoid this location guys! Check all reviews this location has only 1 star reviews!

Worked on the same problem three times . Had a shop in Alabama look at it and was solved first time . Also they took 30 hours to not fix the problem. I will not be returning to this shop .

They don’t have parts service people is like a skeleton crew one guy have to many people in the offices but nobody comes out to help you really bad service been here for 20 minutes and nobody has help me yet I just got tire of waiting and left, you have a lot inventory and good prices but you don’t have people to sell your parts hire extra help to have a sucesfikl business
